Its August 2nd, 2021 and with six(6) windows but only one open, theres one young lady here working trying to accommodate a very long line and answer the phones which is causing very long wait times and much stress for the several elderly men and women standing in line waiting to do business.

Very unprofessional, often having crude personal conversations while waiting on customers. I have been in line waiting for them to finish a conversation before they call a customer to the window, there is new staff but they have the same attitude. Last year in January, so I went to get legal papers notarized for a settlement my deceased father is in and the teller was quite rude. She quite slowly looked over the papers and read them before notarizing them and Ive never seen anyone do that before. When I questioned it she was very rude and asked if I wanted her to notarize it or not. That was at the end of a very long day and I found her quite insensitive and disrespectful. Ive experienced multiple instances of unprofessional and rude behavior to the point when I have to go there I am apprehensive. Its close to my house and its a shame that convenience comes with a headache.

I simply dont understand why do these companies hire GHETTO people to do a job of professionalism? Bad customer service across the board!!! Rude and angry women (except one of them) for no reason at all. I watch the customers be polite including myself just to get ghetto back. Sad because blk lives matter even when its in customer service.

First of all the tellers seem very incompetent and unknowledgable about how they operate and what theyre able to do! They have very nonchalant attitudes and horrible customer service skills! They need honestly do better!!!

I went into this currency exchange on Wednesday May 9, 2019 around 8 or a bit after. Their was one lady working at the counter eating her dinner I suppose. I come in to get a document notarized, I explained to her the situation so she called a manager and told him something totally different from what I was telling her. She immediately got off the phone with him and told me she couldn’t notarize my document, now she didn’t thoroughly read my paperwork or explain to her manager that she called on the phone. She was extremely unprofessional doesn’t listen well and clearly doesn’t value her job. The only thing she was interested in doing was to finish eating that chicken she had at the counter and the customers come secondary. She needs a reality check I don’t like to see ppl lose their job but in this case she needs to be fired for being the worst clerk I have ever seen before. Maybe she should consider cleaning zoo cages. Fired Fired Fired!!!!!!

Everyone has a bad attitude except Ms. Andrea and the chocolate lady at the first booth on the right as you come in the door. Get rid of the whole staff and work with them.

Been going there for about 6 years and the staff is very friendly. Never had a problem at this location.

Most ladies working here. They would rather talk to each other primarily and customers seem to be secondary. Very casual and borderline unprofessional.
