Unfriendly, unprofessional, mean and dont speak when spoken to. Time for workers with real customer service skills.....

Worst service EVER. its 7:35 in the morning and there arent any customers in there. Two ladies at the windows displaying closed signs and the other lady in the back. They are all talking as usual and ignoring the fact that Im there until the older lady looks at me for the third time and signals the lady in the back to help me. If they are not talking to each other, they are watching tv or talking on their cell phones. I have no idea how they have been working there so long. I hate when I have an emergency and have to go in there because I try my best not to.

My bank screwed me over with direct deposit so I went here around 5 am and they had no issues cashing my check with proof of ownership (Form of identification). Very nice elder lady working.

They closed the door 30 mins before closing time... I was looking at them through the window in the rain!!

So unfortunate how bad the customer service is here . Nasty attitudes and no regard to their customers . Especially the one with Dred locs and no edges

I usually deposit my check in the bank but circumstances dictated I cash it tonight( Monday, June 2, 2014). The lady there saw me come in, yet she pretended not to see me for a full five minutes. After she verified my I.D. info, the checks validity, stamped the check with their info, ( all the while being extremely, unnecessarily rude ), she told me I couldnt cash it there because I hadnt cashed a check there since 2013. It took Gods love to lead me out of there without saying a word. When I was younger, more prone to trying to correct unjust situations, I would not have left without leaving some type of sign showing I was there. I will not be spending another dime nor another minute of my time at this establishment. A person could avoid a headache at the least by avoiding this place.

Its crazy that, the people behind the window has air.. But there is no air n the lobby. Its hot as hell out here... Smdh... they complaining how cold it is back there give us some air

Unporfessional one lady was eating a sandwich at the window and said the computer is down with no respect I believe she did not want to stop eating and do her job

Never had a problem here, but they arent open 24hrs...went b4 work at 6am and they were closed.

They are not I repeat they are NOT 24HRS.

The manager is very rude they like to cash checks very unprofessional had a problem with one of his employees he told me he didnt care and dont come back

I had to drive 4 miles because it said to be open 24 hours, this was 6 a.m and they open at 8 a.m

Waiting in long line for 30 minutes and they tell you they dont have a notary on duty and say its not their duty to announce that because they are not mind readers. Poor service and unprofessional attitudes

Suppose to close @5 on Sunday but the door was locked @ 4:30. Sad

This place is not 24 hours Im here on Thursday and they dont open until 8am.

They claim to be 24 hours and they arent. Also the ladies are very rude when they are open

WE WENT THERE TO CASH A INCOME TAX CHECK FOR A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY..THE ELDER LADY WITH GLASS WAS VERY RUDE..SHE VERIFY THE CHECK BEFORE TELLING US HOW MUCH IT WILL COST TO CASH ...WHICH WAS FOR A LARGE AMOUNT ..THEN SHE SAID IT WAS NOT HER JOB TO DO THAT...SHE WAS VERY VERY RUDE
