Euniq and the pls staff are awesome. They’re supportive,attentive and professional. The staff gets us customers In and out! This is the only PLS I go to in the CHICAGO area.

I went inside to cash a check & unfortunately found that the check was ripped in two. Before I started to panic Maria from PLS on 570 W Roosevelt Rd came to the rescue without hesitation and saved the day. She went above & beyond for me and I couldnt of been more satisfied with Marias customer Service. I was so appreciative of what she did. & on top of all that she was so fast and professional and did it all with a smile on her face.

Monday Morning I came to PLS It wasnt too busy, I Approached Window 1 And the CSR Kathy and the trainee Lali Helped me so well usually when I go to a store and theres training going on I spend more time than usual but today was not the case. I was greeted very welcoming by both of them the transaction was fast a professional! Had a visit on Friday and Euniq helped me i told her i would write a review. Her customer service is outstanding even though i was told i cant be helped i was trying to get a plate sticker but needed an emissions test. She gave me locations were i can get it done at . She is great she also offered me a pls card will be back to get one of those in the near future

Euniq was very helpful on Thursday 8/27 with me cashing my check for a first time great customer service. She even had a few jokes to brighten my day. Thanks to her I will be back to this location. Its a little out of my way, but the customer service was phenomenal. Thanks Euniq !

For my visit on Friday. Euniq the manager was a good manager i was in a full line for about 2 minutes. She was fast and had a good attitude even cracked a couple jokes and convinced me to get a xpectation card. I hope to continue to business with PLS in the near future.

They have only one person working here. So, because of the social distancing situation, they are only allowing six people in at a time. I was the sixth person to walk in one day. When I walked in, the clerk was assisting a man with his drivers license, which took thirty minutes. Then an elderly white man walked in, and the rude black lady told him to wait outside because there was already six people inside. Mind you it was cold outside. There should be an exception for some people to automatically come in, regardless of six people being in the line. LET US NOT FORGET OUR MANNERS during this pandemic.!!!

This the worst currency exchange ever. The line is always out the door, never enough workers and the staff is very unprofessional. I hate this place.

First of all this is the best PLS ive been to. They always make me have a good laugh all the managers there, Chiquita, Euniq, Dana They always have positive energy. Everyone works together to get the customers there out in a good time. I really like euniq.

Horrible service. Absolutely horrible. Standing in line for over 30 mins trying to cash a check from my bank and they acting like the check is fake. They called and the bank is asking me why they are having such a hard time with this check. I will never cash another check here. Clearly they do not have much experience with check cashing though it says PLS Check cashing. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Do not come here

I had to renew my cars registration and upon entering the establishment I found 3 customers and 3 employees, none of whom were wearing their masks over mouth and nose. As I photographed one employee who exited the cage, she asked why I was photographing her and I mentioned her mask. Her response as she pulled it over her face, I have asthma... She exited the building for a cigarette break.Stay away from this petri dish unless you want to almost certainly catch Covid.

SCAMMERS! I went there to renew my license plate sticker. They processed my info and it was time to pay THEN they told me it was cash only. They couldnt give and explanation as to why cash only but they were happy to direct me to their ATM. It seems to me they just wanted the withdrawl fee on top of the additional renewal fee. Dishonest. Dont give them your money.

Great service but I was searching for COMed setup office since an hour I went through this place thrice but as there is no info about it I had ask a lot of people. Even people nearby don’t know this is the place. #Comed #COMed couldn’t mention it more..

Was turned down because i went to different location after 2 months of inactivity, and the employer is verifiable company and i have had activity before at other exchanges with eventually receiving bad service by employees having bad attitudes. their whole franchise is garbage. do yourself a favor and go to a credit union or even a bank, at least a non-PLS location as ive been to various across the city and you no doubt get bad service from their quota-pushing, burned out cashiers visiting them enough times.

Awesome only place that would cash a personal check after hours. Of course they had to verify it with the person who wrote the check. But everything was all good

I have actually always had a great experience here and have occasionally gone out of my way to walk to this location when I used to have to cash my checks. Its a hassle the first time, as with any check cashing spot, but if youre nice and need services in the future its a breeze anytime after and I actually enjoyed going there.

1-2-16 I went to PLS currency exchange, 570 W. Roosevelt RD, Chicago. I gave the clerk a letter to be notarize. She asked for my ID and called for the notary. He came said something to her she stamped the letter with the seal and another stamp that he filled out sign and dated it. She said $2:00. I asked her to repeat what she said. She said $2:00. I pointed to the sign posted on the wall and I told her that is not what you have posted on the wall. She looked at one of the other clerks and she came over and explained that it require two stamps for it to be official and each stamp cost a Dollar. I knew it was rip off, because I had been to this location before and the cost was $1.00. The process was the same. I paid it, but I will never do any business with them again. I believe this currency exchange is under new management since my last visit. This review is posted by Vonceal Walker.
