My mother has been coming here since year 2000 and has always had nice things to say about staff.

Everyone here has always been nice and helpful. I feel bad for them though because it smells soooo bad in there - like its super moldy (it looks like theres some water damage on the ceiling). I hope someone checks that out soon because it cant be good for the employees to be breathing that in all day :(

Its funny how great customer service goes a long way. I used to frequent this place a long time ago, is not the same anymore

Very poor customer service this old heavyset lady, used every trick in the system to not cash a check that I presented to them. She was lasy sitting there drinking coffee as if she was on break. Right in front of view of customers.

Paid for parking ticked at this location... The payment was taken but not processed and now I am receiving collection notice from city of Chicago. Terrible and irresponsible service.
