We had Jeff come in and clean 2 couches and an area rug. He was very accommodating to our schedules and even came early to the appointment which was great! He was very personable and did a fantastic job cleaning everything I wanted and even gave me some tips on cleaning in the future if anything happens. Eff and Galaxy offer the best service I have ever received - thorough, professional, informative, FANTASTIC. This is a company that has an old-fashioned pride in its work. His prices are competitive and are an incredible deal when you consider how much BETTER their service is than many other cleaners. He also took the time to advise us on what was necessary and what really wasnt - all to save us money. (We were over a barrel, and he could have easily had us order all sorts of unnecessary work - but he is an honest man.)Jeff came to try to restore our home after a serious heating/duct problem had deposited soot in every room of the house, saturating several of the carpets -- and the wall to wall carpets are all beige and white. Not only did Jeff get the gunk out of all of them-- wall to wall and area rugs -- but he arranged to come back to get the one carpet that was too soaked with gunk to come completely clean the first time.After he did such a terrific job on the disastrous carpets, we had Jeff come and do all of the upholstery in the house. These are sofas and upholstered chairs that had survived 5 kids -- and Jeff made them look nearly good as new.He is great with kids, patient with dogs, and a delight to have in your home. Could not be happier and more grateful to him for restoring our home!

I cant recommend them strongly enough. We have been using Galaxys Best for years. We love them and have hired them for every carpet-cleaning job weve needed ever since we found them on Angies List several years ago. We have hired them many times for carpet as well as upholstery cleaning.Our light carpet gets perpetually stained by two messy, young kids, a cat with bowel and digestive issues, two large Labrador Retrievers, and a mom who regularly splashes her coffee on the carpet. Our carpet is a mess. Its always a mess. But now we are looking to sell our home. Two Realtors came through and each said Your carpet needs to be replaced. Get rid of it. I wanted to see if it could be saved. So I bought an Angies List offer, scheduled Jeff to come out, and prayed for the best.Galaxys Best came through for us -- as they always have, for years. A pleasure to work with. First, they called because I told Jeff to call me in a year for carpet cleaning. And to the day he called. Set an appt and I received a reminder call the day before and they showed up early the day of the appt. Rug was cleaned and protected. And then two days later someone got sick on the rug, so they squeezed me in to come back on work on a horrible stain. They got it out. Such a great job. Punctual, friendly, and experts in the field. Will be using for years to come.

I didnt know that the carpets were wool when I had booked him for the carpet cleaning, but he quickly adjusted his cleaning technique, with no problem. Galaxy cleaned a couple of area rugs and one oriental rug. Excellent job. Jeff was able to remove puppy accidents stains. Brought the carpets back to a very acceptable shape. Jeff is a personable and professional technician.

I had my carpets cleaned and they look beautiful! I have two messy toddlers and there were stains that I did not think could be removed, but Jeff was able to remove them! He is very personable and took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me advice on how to properly care for my carpet and remove stains after a spill. He also cleaned a chair cushion and it looks great!

Jeff was on time which was important to me since I had a busy schedule that day.Second, his equipment was in good running order - I have had so many service providers visit my house with old junky equipment and it just makes you question the integrity of their service.Third, he was very careful with my furniture and made sure not to damage anything while he was performing the carpet and mattress cleaning.Fourth, he was efficient and performed the service quickly but with excellent results.I was very pleased with the quality and value of the services I got. Especially after the harsh winter we just had, my carpets turned out looking like new. You can definitely tell that the mattresses were sanitized too just from the wonderful clean smell that they now have.

Galaxy cleaned my basement carpeting and all the stairs in our house. They are FANTASTIC!! We have 2 cats who vomit from time to time and despite our best efforts to clean the spots, we can never completely remove them. Galaxy is somehow able to always get rid of the spots. I am convinced that the high quality products that Galaxy uses to clean the carpeting has kept our carpeting in such good shape despite its being 14 years old. We have Galaxy come in twice a year and it has truly paid off in terms of longevity of our carpeting. We wouldnt consider using anyone else!
