I was very impressed with how attentive and careful the cleaning crew was when they cleaned the carpets and furniture in the common areas of the building. A few of the tenants utilized the services and had their carpets within their unit shampoo and deodorized. The company staff was very easy to work with and pricing was competitive. Overall, great work and we will use them again.

This is my second time using Chicago Carpet Care. They were easy to call and set up, arrived on time, texted a half hour before arrival, did an excellent deep cleaning with steam and a very nice enzyme deodorizer that left no lingering fragrance. I think they are the best in home carpet cleaners because the machine they use is very large but not dragging hoses through the house to the truck. I’ll use them again!

I sent an email inquiry on a Sunday not expecting a response and shortly after got an email asking for details of my requested service to provide a quote. I really appreciated the fast response and the ability to communicate via email versus a phone call. I got an appointment set up that same day for the following week and was pleased to get a text confirmation the day before reminding me of my service. The day of, the technician had an opportunity to arrive early and he texted me to make sure that was ok, which I really appreciated as I’m working from home and on a lot of video/conference calls. The service tech Oliver was fast, efficient, and respected my space while I worked virtually from my office and he cleaned my area rug and couch. The results look great and I’m pleased with the service and price was very fair compared to other quotes I received. Will definitely use Chicago Carpet Care services in the future.

I believe I found them on Facebook last year. They came to my home and did a great job with cleaning my furniture. It is a cream color so of course the stains can be pretty noticeable. They were very professional and prompt. This year I received a courtesy text from them and they were following up to see if I needed their services again. I told them I would be in touch. I texted them on a Sunday afternoon and they immediately scheduled my appointment for two days later. The guy was on time and VERY efficient, polite and professional. I have NO complaints at all!!!

George at Chicago Carpet Care was phenomenal. We had an issue with the original cleaning and he followed up right away and corrected the issue and even left a fan behind to make sure it dries properly for us.

They gave a 3% discount on a $400 job for being a returning customer and leaving a review but then pressured me to leave the review multiple times even after being late to the appointment so that was annoying but happy with the quality of the work.

They called an hour ahead to let us know precisely when they were arriving - and this helped us tremendously, as we are an operating business and thus, had time to pick up and rearrange furniture for maximum cleaning. Booked my carpet cleaning for two rooms based on the website that denoted a $129 charge for 2 rooms. Upon a follow-up call on my part, I was quoted $258 - a marginal discrepancy from what their website clearly states. There was no fine print detailing room size. Their website does not align with their actual service practice and I caution anyone in using their service without making a phone call first. Their advertising is misleading and inaccurate. I swiftly canceled my appointment since I cannot ensure a trustworthy service.

Yesterday I had a burst water and become seriously damage to my basement I called Chicago Carpet care They responded quickly and were available to arrive today. they arrived on time and were very professional, they take out the wet carpets dried up the water and fix the problem of water pipe and install a new carpets.They explained the whole process and were polite I definitely will use them againThanks guys

Extremely satisfied.David answered the phone promptly on Friday and within minutes I had a verbal quote and an appoint for Saturday. Danny from Chicago Carpet Care came a few minutes early and offered to wait until the exact time which I found to be very courteous. He looked at the situation which included blood and dog poop and explained why the chemicals and cleaners had done permanent damage to our carpet. Within an hour he completed the 2 rooms and they look surprisingly good. The price was what David had quoted. I could not be more satisfied.
