The cleaning technicians used these light blue styrofoam pieces to put underneath each leg of my tables to keep the tables from sitting directly on top of the damp/wet carpet. The light blue styrofoam pieces are used to elevate the tables. They put the ink side facing down and now I have black ink stains on my bright colored carpet. I have family coming in from out of town and this is the first time I get to see them since before covid-19. My carpet is now worse off than the original reason I called them for. Im so disappointed and heartbroken. :-( :-( :-(UPDATE: THE TWO CLEANING TECHNICIANS CAME BACK OUT AND CLEANED/ REMOVED THE INK STAINS. I AM NOW HAPPY. : ) : ) : )

They arrived on-time and finished early, and did a great job of cleaning and sanitizing my sectional couch, which was long overdue for a thorough cleaning. The young man Jose came in and cleaned my fabric couch & love seat with all the pillows and cushions that had not been cleaned since I purchased them many years ago. I called Arevalo Bros because another company cancelled on me at the last minute, they managed to get a tech out to my house 30 minutes from the time I called. I was astounded by how quickly they addressed my urgent concern (I needed to stage it for selling of my condo for pictures that evening). I dont think I could have ordered a pizza this fast.. On top of their super fast response times, their work and customer service skills where superb. Called for service after moving into a carpeted apartment only to be met by the putrid stench of animal urine ... everywhere . Arevalo Bros ChemDry was prompt, explained the entire process. First, we checked out the extent of urine damage with a blue light and then, created a plan of action. After the first treatment, the smell wasnt totally gone so I called back and they promptly returned to do another treatment free of charge. Avelos was great in fitting me in and showing up promptly during their scheduled window. they even called and gave me a 30 minute head up. however the 2 men who came to clean the rug wore their noticably dirty work shoes inside my home and while cleaning the rug. I have a baby that just started crawling and I want the floors clean hence getting his rug cleaned in the first place. not to happy about that. I tried emailing them about this but never heard back.

Jose and his partner were very professional. They explained everything to me as soon as they arrived, did their work quickly and efficiently, and checked in with me any time they thought they needed to do something that would involve an upcharge. I should say I knew it was going to be expensive because the pet stains were serious (dog was on Prednisone and couldnt always make it outside). It was totally worth it. The carpet looks amazing, and the apartment smells clean and fresh. Jose and his partner worked so cleanly that youd never know they were here. I will have Arevalo Bros back on a regular basis to keep this carpet in shape.

They are prompt and professional. I used them to clean my carpets several times. They also came to my rescue when I spilled RED WINE (a full glass) across my new cream colored sofa 2 days before New Years. They came out the next day, which was New Years Eve day, and got the stain out. Wow.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Arevalo Bros Chem Dry. We had water damage to our carpet and I called them. They were there the next day right in the morning. The stain did not come out the first time, so they came 2 more times (no additional charge) to try to get the stain out. On the third time, they told us that there is still moisture in the walls that is causing the stain to reappear, so once we got the dry wall fixed, they would come one more time. I am so impressed with their customer service and willingness to do whatever it takes to help. I dont feel like you can say that these days about a lot of companies. Chem Dry went above and beyond.
