I just took my very experience 8x10 oriental rug for professional cleaning at Caspian. I would never make the same mistake twice. They charged me a cleaning fee of $280 plus an extra $200 for spot cleaning. When I arrived to pick up I noticed there was the same spot when I dropped it off. The salesman just argued with me and indicated I should.of told him about that spot that nobody noticed while spot cleaning. They lost a customer for life.and I will tell many others. Update. Caspian sent someone to pick up my rug at my house and properly cleanwd it as needed. They also dropped.it back off at my house once completed.
