This is my 3rd time using Albion Carpet Cleaning. They answer the phone promptly and are very considerate. They set up an appointment fast - hows the next day? The cleaning was very detailed both times. I have a light colored carpet that I have cleaned once a year and it still looks good. If you have nasty, stained up carpet that you hardly ever clean, then I dont know how they would perform. They were also friendly, and did a fantastic job. my carpets look and feel amazing on my feet. They got out stains as well as a wax accident better than I expected. Would absolutely hire them again.

John is friendly yet professional and knowledgeable. Gave us an instant tutorial on how to better care for our off white carpet. After he quoted an excellent price he even threw in some extras that we werent aware of until he left and we went through all of the rooms in our home! The job was incredible! This company does really good work and they are very easy to deal with. I dont believe I ever had to speak to anyone on the phone, except for the courtesy call by the technician, letting me know he was on his way to our home. They also give you an opportunity to save money. I have no concerns using them again for future needs.

We are so pleased at how great our microfiber couch came out looking so clean!
