They do an exceptional job cleaning the inside and outside of my car. I need to remember to empty out the back of my suv. They will only clean around what ever is in there. Understandable why they wouldnt empty everything out.

Paid for gold wash inside and out. Poor vacuum job, crumbs were still on back seat, trash still stuck on side of front seat, they didn’t wipe my dashboard area or ash tray area. Still has ashes everywhere. Worker also told me they were too busy to clean out my middle console in the back seat after I pointed out it wasn’t cleaned well

Wash was good but they lost the center cover of my rim and kept denying it. After that they were rude and charged me extra for because the was asphalt on my rim...paid 75 bucks ....bad experience

It says they open intill 7pm and when I got there like at 5:30pm they say its closed, really fix your times on it

Horrible cleaning service, I payed for an outside/Inside car cleaning and my car was left the same as when I brought it in. The interior was not cleaned, not vacuumed. The exterior was half done spots everywhere. Came in early morning they were not busy and still did not double check their work. I will recommend go somewhere else.

One of the worst experiences ever with a car wash. The gold package included full armor of dash and interior and they did not even touch the seats or cup holders. Door handles too. Car was left wet in too many spots. $18 for gold package is twice as expensive as most hand car washers charge.I have had a few bad experiences with car washers, but this one tops all of them.If you don’t trust me see pictures taken after I got mt car back from this hand car wash.Horrible

Payed for the “gold” car was same from the inside, console was same as before wash, dirty back seats were not vacuumed passenger seat was also dirty. Car was washed in less than 15 minutes.

Missed the cup holders and rear seats...Oh and then stole my Apple phone adapter that connects the cord to the radio. Manager checked under my seats but refused to check the washers pockets. WON’T be going back again. I came here because it was closer than the one on 51st and State but I’ve NEVER had a problem with THEFT there. Something so simple...Ironically the ONLY time I wasn’t watching them was to go get them an ADDITIONAL tip from the front desk...

Poorly car wash expected more you cant really tell in the picture but thats dirt on the driver side door its not the first time it happens its been multiple.. they also lost the passengers floor mat and they did nothing about it... if you tell them that they missed a spot they will wash it again but youll ha e to get back in line sometimes that line can be up to 1 hour so.be sure to check your car before you leave... good luck never coming back

I went in yesterday around 1 pm. Did not want to go to this location but my car was filthy. I am now looking for my sunglasses and car charger; GONE!!! My emergency clutch is also missing! What are you planning to do with makeup, deorant and tampons???!!! I think it was the little kid that works there because I have been there before and nothing has ever been stolen!!! I am livid!!!! Karma will get you and so will my San Benito medallion that was in my clutch!!!

Love this place. They know how to wash cars. I like the new look of the waiting area including the old school photos of important Chicago events. This place needs a liquor license. It looks like a bar.

I always come here but today was the worst job I received. The outside was washed but the inside was horrible. I came home just to clean it myself . I paid $20 and gave them a tip and it was totally not worth it. It didnt look vacuumed nor wiped down. I dont think Ill ever go back. Its time to find a new car wash.

Very disappointed. Definitely not got what I paid for! The outside was good but the inside didn’t even look like they used the vacuum. There was dust on my dashboard, and the cup holder area was also dusty and dirty. SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED.

False advertisers. Dont believe in any special deals and/or offers that this place might advertise. They distribute flyers and post half off offers but only wait until they get you in the door and have your vehicle to tell you that the offer is not valid. They come up with a million and one excuses as to why they no longer honour any offer that they previously advertised. Very bad business practices.

The waiting area was filthy, and it smelled like a toilet in the back had been clogged for a couple of days. They did do a good job with the car (which is the only reason it received 2 stars), but this definitely isnt a place Ill return to.

Took my car in Saturday. Got the full wash in and out. 2 days later Im looking for something in my glove compartment and I noticed my floor mats are missing I call the place but no one picks up the phone....

Horribly washed. truck was left with dirt spots on the body. interior was left dirty with crumbs and widows with spray spots. i bought their best service and it was horrible.

I always go here and always the young kids do a terrible job can’t even clean the windows or dry. He even threw the little garage that was on the floor on top of the seat who tf do that. Last time I’ll go.

07/03/2021They did not vacuum the trunk of the car, some parts inside without cleaning.It is not the first time this has happened, that I take my car and they do not do their job well. It seems that they are working by contract and it is worth how they leave the cars, I ask for my money back because they do not give me my money, I earn it by working and doing my job well .... The service is excellent ... you can see how the breed cleans your car and how well it is. They do it hard ...Leave them a tip they deserve it
