Paid $25 for hand wash, it was $23 with $2 upcharge for SUV. They could have did a better job. Didnt clean dash or console very well. It was quite a few cars so I felt it was rushed. Next time I will try there automatic wash. Will go elsewhere if I want hand wash.

It was my first time going to this car wash, and I really like it, I took my car honestly full of hair dog in the back, the seats and the carpet of my car too and they really did magic there was not hair at all, I wish I could take some pics of the before and after next time Ill do it lol but for real they did an amazing job, also the front seats they are not leather so everything that we spill it was absorved by the seats I had like 2 big grease spots on them and they just made them dissapearThe prices are really good and fair enough for sure Im gonna go back

The people who work here are so nice!!! Called this afternoon because I needed a spot buffed on my car after rubbing against a curb. They took me in RIGHT AWAY when I got there and charged me hardly nothing for it. Will definitely be going out of my way to go back!

My car was rushed at 8am. Windows dirty, inside not clean, mats soaking wet. Manager says its hard to dry rubber mats and thats it!! Really. Never coming back and wont reccomend either. The Bad part is I stay on area.

It is fast. It is friendly. It is big and beautiful in the waiting area with all the nostalgia. Even after the rain my car still looks clean. I dont know what they did but I am not going anywhere else if I can help it.

Best car wash

Took my car to get washed and vacuumed out a few days ago. It seemed a bit weird that to have my car vacuumed and washed took 5-8 employees to clean/wash my car. Additionally I had 2 iPhone charging cords in the car, 1 plugged in, the other in my center council compartment. Why would you need to go into compartments to clean the floors of the vehicle. Please stay away from this car wash. Bunch of thieves.

So angry! I just left from here. Came here for a car wash and the end result is a cracked windshield and a few indentations on my window that were not there before pulling in. The lady on duty, Gayle, insisted that I had existing small cracks on my windshield previously, which was not the case. When I explained to her that they were not there previously, she again told me they HAD TO BE and suggested that we pull the tape. I agreed, knowing that they were not there and of course, they weren’t able to view footage — at least while I was there. Of course I was irate, main reason being that she continued to insist that the small cracks and indentations where there before pulling in when I know for a fact they weren’t — hence my eagerness to view the surveillance. I left with a promise to receive a call back because apparently, the manager wasn’t available. How convenient 🙄 Getting a police report. Sad because this was my go to car wash for some time now.

One word Amazing

This car wash does quick hand wash service. The price is a little hefty, but for the speedy service, its worth it. The only problem Ive had is that the guys working there are not aware of the importance of customer service. Ive sat in my car without any acknowledgement half the time Ive been there. 5-10 minutes later, someone finally comes up and opens my back or passenger door, even without speaking to me. I understand they might not be English speaking, but I need at least one guy who can quickly ask what I need and get me out of the car and into the waiting room. This is the only thing they need to work on. The job they do with cleaning is top notch.

This is the spot to get your car washed, they do an amazing job and at a reasonable price. The 22 dollar car wash is worth it and would not recommend any other price for it. They do a good job and car for your car. They have a nice viewing area which is a plus.

My dearlership is usually where I take my car for cleaning but today they werent washing because of the cold. I was referred by them to go here and I wasnt disappointed. It was quick service, my car looked great inside and out. Everyone was friendly and the environment was cool (very Chicago). I will definitely go again.

This is the place to go for any type of car was from machine drive thru hand wash, semi or full detail work. Very busy because they are the best. The prices are very reasonable and you wont be there all day.

My family has been coming to this car wash for over 20 years, but the excellent work they did on my father’s car back in the day has been replaced with the hurried, half-done job they’ve done on mine lately. I’ve given them several chances because of the familiarity and a sense of loyalty, but after today, I can’t continue to give them money on shoddy work. The coffee splash stains I pointed out and asked them to wipe from my center console are still there. A layer of dust is going across my dashboard and the screens on it. I could’ve pulled out the Windex at home and taken care of all of it for FREE! The fact that my SUV was so-called given the Deluxe Wash in only 5 minutes let’s you know what they’re working with. Save your money, but please feel free to drop me the names/locations of car washes you all recommend! I’m definitely open to suggestions of a new place!

Went to this car wash to get the mini detail package for $50 thinking they would take their time and do it right. They used a BRUSH on my car 😳 Not ONE single micro fiber towel but instead old beach towels. I had to ask for air freshener smh...paid $50 for a basic wash smh
