I have used three different stylists here and they all gave great haircuts -- so I dont think you can go wrong no matter who cuts your hair. My one minor complaint is that they charge a $4.95 sanitary cleaning charge to the price (this is a corporate policy that applies to all Supercuts) However, I have been to two different Supercuts recently and have never witnessed any cleaning activities whatsoever, other than sweeping up the hair.If they just want to increase their prices, thats fine. Just be transparent about it instead of coming up with some gimmicky add-on charge.

I had the best experience at Supercuts! I had Andrew and he was amazing. It was my first haircut post-quarantine and postpartum and my hair was in awful shape. He didnt make me feel bad about that at all, and got me fixed right up! He did a great job and was so nice. The lady checking me in was delightful too! I was there on a sunday and it was a bit crowded. I waited maybe 30 minutes and she was very apologetic and thanked me for my patience. I had the best time and would highly recommend this location. Not to mention its a steal! It was only $35 including cut, wash, and tip!

Looked this salon up for convenience since I was in Chicago. Fast and professional service. Had a wash and cut. Results were relaxing and complimentary to my person. Would recommend this salon and will keep them in mind for the future. Located on Huron and Dearborn in Chicago

Really happy with my experience at this Supercuts. Theres a decent amount of places to get a haircut in this area, but many of them are overpriced and / or the barbers / stylists have poor customer service. But I am happy to say that this is not the case here! Making an appointment online is seamless, when I was here it was not overly busy, the price was just right for the value, and they did a great job cutting my hair. A great, regular cut for regular people by regular people!! I will 100% be back and I really hope this can be my new regular spot while i live in the area.

Finding a good stylist is one of the most important and difficult things to do. I have been going to Armando at this salon for a few years. He is so knowledgeable about what he does and is a wonderful stylist. I trust his judgement and honesty. I bring my grandsons here too! The whole staff is friendly. I’m so thankful I found this place! Their services are a great value. I highly recommend Armando and his staff!!

Apparently they don’t take appointments even though their website allows you to. I arrived on time. There were two people waiting in line and I was asked to wait 20-30 min. When I repeated that I made an appointment, the lady very rudely snapped back with “We don’t take appointments” and walked away. Very poor management at this location. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Taking my business elsewhere as should all of you!

It was my first time going there and Armando nailed it! He was very nice, patience and gave me such as a great service. Easy to talk too and can give you good recommendations on styling as well. If you havent been there. Go and check it out!

The store is great and the atmosphere is great also. Celia is the best stylists I have ever known. She has been cutting my hair for 7 years now and she always has new ideas for my style. I usually tell her to surprise me. I trust her completely. I always walk out with total confidence. My style is clean cut and rocker at the same time. I can have a professional look during the day for work and totally rocker for when I play out in my band. Please ask for Celia and you will never need to use anyone else. Celia is one of my favorite people in the world.

This place is a joke. They told me I have to wear my mask unless Im vaccinated. After I told them I was vaccinated they asked for proof which I think is highly illegal, after trying to explain to the lady with the long black bad hairstyle that what shes asking me to prove is highly legal She kept saying I dont care its our company policy. So I showed them my card proving that Im vaccinated and walked out of that place. Ill get a haircut somewhere else. They did loose a customer of 4 yrs, just because some old lady had a bad day and brought her attitude to work!!

Just walked out of the shop for a quick trim because I was in desperate need and my usual spot was booked. I was treated really rudely, and the woman who cut my hair was really condescending. Lots of attitude and rolling of eyes/ lecturing me about what I SHOULD be asking for instead. It’s the most unpleasant experience I think I’ve ever had in such a short amount of time.

I love this Supercuts! I’ve been going there for many years. Armando is my guy. He listens to me as I explain my vision for my haircut. When he is done listening to me he explains what he heard and how my hair will look once he’s done. After all of the listening and talking about my cut is when he picks up the scissors. I drive a bit of a distance to continue getting my haircut by Armando. It’s very well worth the drive. The salon is always very clean and I always see proper cleaning and covid regulations in place. I highly recommend Supercuts on Huron and all of their stylists.

To get my usual hair cut. And shampoo, blow dried. And ladies you can ask for a hot towel on your shoulders. Its is refreshing, yeah its for men. But I asked for one, its smells like eucalyptus but its an eye opener and stress reliever.

Had no idea they even cut black hair until today. Im traveling, found this place next to my Airbnb, read the reviews and thought Id give it a shot.My man Armando gave me a clean looking fade; same day appointment booked online with just my Google account. No waiting, place was clean and professional, nobody came through trying to sell bootlegs - all for $18 plus tip, who knew!? No reason to ever go anywhere else.

I rarely write reviews. But, I had to express how happy I was to stumble across this place and how grateful I am to Rosa, one of the stylist at this location.I had went to a different hair salon in a completely different state and city and the stylist there had messed my hair cut up really bad. I have long hair and asked for a straight even cut in the back and front layers to frame my face. Not what what I ended up with. The front on my left side was choppy looking and not blending in at all.While visiting the city today I had some time to kill, so I decided to see if they were able to fix it. Rosa was amazing, she suggested the best way to cut my hair without cutting to much off. The front “layers” was my main concern as that was the worst part of the cut. She took her time and measured to make sure it was even to the other side. She warned me that it may still look a little choppy because of how short and bad the last lady had left it. And she didn’t want to cut to much. BUT, when she finished it looked good and it all blended well. She had to round off my hair in the back to make the cut blended better. Now that I styled my hair it looks amazing, like it never happened! I am so happy with my hair cut. It’s all blended and doesn’t have a choppy look. Also the price is extremely fair. Around $20 for my cut. Again, thank you rosa!

Loved the appointment process. Everyone was kind and explained how everything would work before I was even escorted to the chair.The scalp my massage during the shampoo (which I recommend after your cut) was relaxing and exactly what I needed after work.

I decided to walk down to Supercuts based on reviews I saw online. The reviews for Veronica seemed too good to be true. So I checked in online and got there five minutes early. Veronica took me right away. I told her I haven’t had a good haircut since moving to Chicago a year and a half ago and had been getting my haircut on the road or in my old town I moved from. She asked how I like it and listened intently. Wow! Fantastic job! It was exactly how I wanted. Unfortunately I am moving in a few months out of state. I wish I had found her sooner! Great value for $19.

I have been coming here for the past 4 years. I originally got my hair cut by Sandra and she did an excellent job! I have been coming back ever since. I have been to many places over the past 20 years and very few stylists know how to cut my hair the right way. I like it short on top and faded on the sides (similar to a Military cut). However, most stylists do not have the proper blades or training to do a fade. You would usually have to go to an old school barber shop for this kind of cut. Sandra has all the right equipment and skills to do it properly and it looks amazing. I get compliments on it all the time. Not only is she amazing at cutting hair, but gives an great shampoo and provides phenomenal customer service. Thanks Sandra!!!

They say you need to be careful when you pick your: dentist and hairdresser. I can say I hit the jackpot choosing Veronica as my hairdresser. Veronica is very professional, listens to me carefully and delivers great results. She is also the most caring, fun and sweet hairdresser, I have ever come across. Love this Supercuts. The manager Armando made sure that he took the time to make sure he really understood what I wanted before he started to cut my hair. I was also impressed by the receptionist Melissa because although she was extremely busy she took the time to explain the call ahead service and on line check in so that I wouldn’t have to wait that long next time. I have gone to other Supercuts and places like that but I have never been treated so well in any of them. I will defiantly go back and request Armando next time

Found Sandra after trying a few other places in the area a few years ago and have been going back ever since. The staff is friendly and the service is great. Ive always gotten a great haircut plus a shampoo after. The website makes it easy to check in ahead of time so I dont have to wait long. The products they sell in the store are somehow cheaper than I can find on Amazon so thats a plus.

I just had the most fantastic makeover at Supercuts with Rose. My hair was a mess and she transformed to me. She spent three hours giving me overall new color (I had a horrible henna job) And then added gentle highlights. I have gotten so many compliments from my family and Coworkers. My hair feels great and really looks fantastic. And if that wasn’t enough it was all quite reasonable. On top of that Rose is so sweet and kind and such a great conversationalist, I didn’t even mind being there for a couple of hours. I can’t recommend this place enough! All the stylists are so friendly. They all seem to have clients they recognize and who seems so happy to be there. I saw a bunch of people giving their stylist hugs on your way in and out. Its very enjoyable to stop by for a quick walk-in haircut. The value for price and location is unmatched. I just stop by for a simple trim, military style haircut, never wait in line and with the tip the entire ordeal is ~$20. For simple masculine haircuts there is no better place to stop by and get sharp. Highly recommended and hairdressers are always pleasant and talkative. It gets better as people get to know you.

Armando Roman is my favorite hairstylist not only at this location but also in general. He listens to what I would like but because hes my stylist, he also explains whats best for me. He has never been wrong. He is not only the best hairstylist ever but has the best customer service.I would also like to say that because hes the manager of the salon, he expects the best from all of his staff as well. Armando is probably one of the warmest and most inviting hair stylists Ive met. He always greets you with a wide smile and an enthusiasm welcome, and he totally knows his stuff when it comes to hair styling. Im pretty picky and like my hair to be styled a specific way, and Armando understood my styling preference without my having to explain it over and over again. He and his whole team give excellent quality hair services, and theyre always fun to visit, which is a plus. Ive made this my go to salon for every single haircut.

I am updating my previous review based on the fact that my former stylist had to stop working. Since then, I have been going to Armando and he is just as fabulous as my previous stylist Sara. I have been to the salon to have my hair cut a number of times since the pandemic and I am very pleased with the protocols that are in place. They do an excellent job of sanitizing, wearing masks and social distancing. So I feel secure and safe when I go and it lifts my spirits to not only feel safe in going there but also having my hair look great on the zoom calls. I have gotten my haircut at this Supercuts many times. The stylists are very skilled, I am always happy with my haircut. And the stylists working at this location are unbelievable friendly. The atmosphere of the shop reflects the personality and talents of the manager Armando. It is terrific to always go in, have a fun time, and leave looking like a photo from GQ (OK, maybe not that).
