Had a 10am appointment and showed up a little early. Barber I had the appointment with wasnt in yet. I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally someone had the bright idea to contact the Barber. Only no one had his number. Finally someone found his number and got a hold of him, they said he was on his way in but would be in 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. The best they could do was offer an apology. No one tried to help me find another appointment or offer to try and squeeze me in. Just Im sorry and got on with their work. Very unprofessional.

Didn’t have Appt…. They did fit me in. Still did awesome job - I didn’t feel they were rushing! Attention to detail 👌🏼

I go to Jon at Platinum Fades. Great haircut for about $35 and Im out in 45minutes. He uses Booksy to manage appointments which is convenient for me in avoiding any lines or waits. The venue is comfortable and clean with good music playing in the background at all times.

Lively barbershop. There was a lot of diversity in the clientele when I went which can only speak to the skill of the barbers. Highly recommend Rafael, who cut my hair expertly and checked in often along the way to make sure I was happy. Ill definitely be going back!

Great Shop, I go to Rafael, His customer service is A+ and everything else is even better. This barbershop has a great vibe. Its really comfortable and the people are super friendly! Everyone is professional by far the best barber shop I have been to.

Awsome awsome barbershop all the men there are great good energy great cut. My personal barber is John the man is is a wizard. He doesn’t just cut and trim you he gives you a cut to better your appearance based upon your facial structure. Won’t go to another barber.

Completely unprofessional service! Made a reservation at 5:00pm for 6:30pm with Jon. He confirmed my reservation.Later, At 6:20pm Jon messaged me saying that he cant do it. When I asked him if there is anybody who can do it instead, he just said no. When I got the message, I was literally walking in the barbershop. Disrespectful and ungraceful. Never again.

First time going. I was considered a walk-in but they attended to my needs no issues. Rafael hands down is a great barber and takes care of you. If you’re a local go here. You will never have to find a barber again. Great environment even better service.

Been coming here for a few months now and have had a few of the barbers give me their fade - this place is great. Ive gotten a solid cut every time regardless whos holding the razor. The complementary drink and neck massage are dope too. Even after moving away from the neighborhood i still make the trip over to get a cut with these guys.

Nice barbershop! Ive been seeing Steph for a year now when she worked at another shop. She told me she was coming here and I followed her. Shes one of the best barbers in Chicago for fades for people with straight hair, she knows how to use sheers, and hits a tight lining. Plus theyll give you a beer!
