Peace. Im not a man that goes around tearing down minority businesses. But this guy has a long way to go. I think he is more concerned with branding than he is with actual skill and customer service. Im very specific with what I want because I know how I want to look. I have no problem conveying that to someone. Im not pushy or aggressive. Im assertive and courteous. But Steve doesnt know how to listen. He took a full face and knocked too much hair off. I wanted my beard and my soul patch(the hair under the lip) to connect in a double pyramid and he had that all wrong. He trimmed off too much of my beard when I asked him if he could trim it instead of shape it. I had a very specific conversation with him about the difference. Hes all hype and Im not coming back and I dont recommend him at this time.

Steve has been providing me a clean and well manicured shave for the last 4 years. This is time frame Ive had a full beard.Steve was also my 3 year old sons first barber. Cutting a toddlers hair is not easy but Steve makes it look like it is.Most barbers when providing a razor shave will shape the beard first with clippers followed by shaping it with the straight razor. Steve has the ability to shape your beard without using clippers.What I like most is his scheduling ability. Steve knows how long each service will take and schedules tour service properly. This allows you to avoid sitting in the barbershop waiting forever.

Steve is an excellent barber who is truly considerate to his clientele. It’s the tome old pet peeve of barbers answering phones or engaging on other conversations, but not with Steve. The only person he thinks about is the person on the chair, as a matter of fact a guest can’t to speak with him and he didn’t adress him until after my cut was done. We had an intellectual conversation throughout but he’s willing to talk about anything you care about, or even just sitting in silence. In the end I walked out looking real good and with his college student discount, a not too drained wallet.
