She works with me on what I want from my haircut, offering advice and perspective while meeting me where Im at, and at the end of the day she delivers an amazing cut that always looks fantastic. Lisa is comfortable working in silence or talking about all the latest gossip with me. Her personality is very likeable and she intuitively knows what mood Im in and what Im looking for. Shes a great joy and I cant recommend her and Bespoke enough!

I move to Chicago couple of months back and kind of struggling to find a good salon.And here I found BeSpoke..This the best place to get your haircut in all of Chicago. The location is so convenient. Cassie is a fantastic person and one of the best barbers I have ever been too (Im super particular with my hair) . I cannot recommend this place more highly.

Was badly in need of a haircut and in Chicago for a couple days, so I gave Bespoke a shot based on reviews. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Lauren did an awesome job with my hair; she was personable, thorough and very attentive, always seeking feedback and making sure I got the style and cut I was looking for. As someone who is pretty particular about their hair, I really appreciated that. Highly recommend.

I have been getting my haircut here since they have opened. My stylist (Ashley) is fantastic, and the whole place is always looking to improve everyones experience. Historically, I was not one for a high brow grooming experience, but Ive always enjoyed the entire process you get here and find the price very reasonable for all the services they provide. Super friendly, fun environment. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Been there twice and the experience was great both times. Michelle did my first cut and second time I saw Elisa. I really enjoyed the scalp and hand massage prior to the cut. Also, my second appointment wasnt first thing in the morning and I enjoyed a beer while waiting (forgot the price, but it was reasonable). I think theyve got the experience factor down. As for the cut, they dont disappoint. If youre in the fence, definitely give them a try.

Ive gone here three times since last year till now. I have been welcomed like a royal. After you check in theres a sitting couch area and coffee available. When its time for a haircut the ladies will wash your hair, massage your hands (although no one amazing I can point out that does a phenomenal job at it). Also if youre going to massage my hands, last thing I want are the big nails scraping on my skin. Nevertheless, then after you get a haircut. All in all its a great place to get pampered once in a while. Ive been left wanted to be disappointed with a haircut but it hasnt happened. My 3 visits and all three were different ladies. They all did an amazing job cutting my hair. Its easy to cut straight silky hair but curly is a whole new world. They have managed to find people who are good at doing both. Over all very happy and if you want to sit back and have a worry free haircut, come on down!

I feel rejuvenated every time I leave Bespoke Mens Grooming. It is a classy, clean, and relaxing establishment. I enjoy arriving to my appointments early so I can enjoy a tea offered by their friendly staff and a seat on their comfortable sofa. Moreover I am very impressed by their stylists. I have my services performed by Jennifer and she is a stellar grooming provider. I am very anxious about who cuts my hair but I was relieved when my look was placed in her hands. Relatively new client and love this place! I’ve lived in Chicago for over 10 years and this is by far the best hair salon for men that I’ve encountered. The overall ambience is great and upscale/modern, and have had excellent haircuts each time (3) thus far with one of the owners (Ashley). The ability to book online is very convenient and the beer/drinks available for purchase are an unexpected but appreciated touch.

Cassie gives the best haircuts Ive ever had. Everyone who works there genuinely likes their job and you can tell as soon as you step in the door. Makes for a great experience that is well worth the price. I used to get my hair cut at crappy places every month or so but now just get a solid cut from Cassie every few months and get way more compliments on my hair now. Scheduled an appointment easily online, was warmly greeted when I showed up, and the stylist (Tara) was patient with my unruly mess and tamed my mop of hair quickly.The salon is comfortable and welcoming. They are busy and the level of energy among the staff and the clientele was great. Im not a big talker and appreciated the energy around us so it didnt feel awkward sitting in silence.

This is the place to get a great professional cut. You get a free touch up appointment within two weeks so you stay well groomed for a long time. Plus everyone working here is super cool and approachable. I never knew how to begin conversation during a cut anywhere until I came to Bespoke. It has been a couple years since my first visit and I continue to be extremely satisfied with their service.

They charged me around 55 dollars just to trim my sides. Nothing special about the haircut. It wasn’t any better than a normal $15 to $20 cut. Also the lady that did my eyebrows did a bad job. It was the worst waxing job I’ve ever had but I’m not going to list her name because she tried do her best and not her fault. I blame this salon. Supposed to be an upscale salon but there was nothing upscale about the services I received and by the way didn’t even receive all the services mentioned that I was supposed to get included in the price of the haircut!

Cassies skills transformed me from a 7 to a 9!Shes very talented, and consistently gives me fantastic haircuts. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anybody looking to become more stylish and well-groomed. She is very accommodating with scheduling, so finding a time to prioritize your handsomeness shouldnt be a problem. She is also exceptionally friendly, so the 45-60 minutes spent making you better looking isnt full of awkward silences. FIVE STARS!

I saw several different people before Cassie, now she is the only one who cuts my hair, and has been for several years. She does a great job each and every time. She is also very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Which is important for me because I need to schedule when I can make it work. She is friendly and fun so you will feel comfortable while she works her magic.

Standard haircut for a premium price. I was expecting some kind of consultation or style advice or something to justify paying so much, but I received the same usual questions (length? Part hair straight down or to the side?) and that was about it. My barber seemed pretty unenthused. I felt like just another customer to get in and out. Granted, I never explicitly asked for advice or anything. But that was because I made a decision going in to let her take the reigns and ask questions as needed.That said, Im satisfied with my hair cut. Cassie has been cutting my hair for 5+ years and shes an expert at all styles and can make (just about) anyone look sharp. Shes extremely talented and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist. Additionally, she makes it easy to schedule appointments and is cleverly responsive and accommodating; even when it comes to scheduling a two week touch-up (which by the way is a solid perk to have). Besides being talented and convenient, shes highly charismatic and easy to talk you. If you cant find anything in common with her and dont laugh out loud once during your appointment; theres something wrong with you.

This is the only review that Ive ever felt the need to write (although I have posted this elsewhere). Ive been a paying customer here for approximately a year. I enjoyed the haircuts at Bespoke despite the high price tag, but Im going to take my business elsewhere, and I recommend that others do the same.So what happened? I signed up for an appointment, but never received the standard text requiring confirmation. Bespoke then contacted me to say that I would be charged a late cancelation fee ($60), despite the fact that I never actually confirmed the appointment. I called their manager, who refused to waive the fee and told me that the confirmation was more of a courtesy. She then said that any lack of clarity on the confirmation policy should be taken up with their website vendor.Long story short, avoid this place at all costs. Im taking my business to another establishment, and if you want to avoid cancelation fees and managers that are totally unwilling to work things out with customers, you should look elsewhere also.Response to Ashley:Hi Ashley,The situation wasnt necessarily upsetting, but it did leave a fairly strong impression on me of how Bespoke chooses to run its business. You are correct, I did receive an initial text message stating that I booked an appointment, but I never received the follow-up confirmation message stating that the appointment was confirmed (and it is a confirmation message—not a 24-hour reminder—as the wording is [t]o confirm your appointment...). As far as the confirmation itself (apparently confirmation is only sent to clients that book more than 24 hours in advance), Bespoke does not relay information on when confirmation is sent to customers, nor is that information available on the website. How do you expect customers to know that they would receive confirmation in some circumstances, but not in others? Do you really expect your customers to reach out to the website vendor that you hired?But the bigger issue is that contrary to what you just suggested below, Alex repeatedly refused to waive the cancellation fee during our 15 minute phone call earlier this afternoon. In fact, it was her reluctance to help me out in any way that prompted me to leave a review in the first place. If Bespoke had actually agreed to waive the fee, I would have booked another appointment instead of taking the time to write a review, and I did ask 5 or 6 times if you would waive the fee. In my opinion, your below response is disingenuous at best, dishonest at worst.For anyone reading this, you should ask yourself why Bespokes ratings appear to be so high online. The answer is that Bespoke likely artificially inflates their online reviews by only responding to customers concerns when a customer leaves a negative review online (look at other comments online, Bespoke responds to virtually every low review). If youre like me, and would prefer to do other things with your time than type up your issues online or pay $60 cancelation fees, please take care to avoid this place.
