We came without reservations in hopes of getting a table. They seated us quickly though our server did take a while to get to us but when he did he was very kind and apologetic for leaving us a long time without service. The food was tasty and just about what we expected. Presentation of the food is great and very high quality. It’s a cool spot and there is also a bowling alley in here. We weren’t in the mood for bowling but it’s a cool concept to possibly try in the future.

David has been my server for the past two times I’ve been here. He is great, has great customer service. In addition, the energy of the entire staff is amazing as well. I can’t forget about the quality of the food, the food is WONDERFUL ! I will most likely be here every Sunday ! Thank you

Fun place for cocktails and food. Bocce is a fun way to pass time. The food and cocktails are great; we got a couple apps and some cocktails while we played. The place is modern and clean. The staff is friendly.

I absolutely love Pinstripes. I promise I’m going to make it in one day for bowling, but my goodness, the food and ambiance is phenomenal. The waffles are amazing, and I don’t normally care for waffles. I love taking people here for the first time (people look it up online and wonder why we’re going to a bowling alley for brunch), and then they’re hooked. JB, our waiter was very friendly along with the entire staff. Thank you pinstripes for another great experience

What a fantastic restaurant! Lovely views with outdoor seating and indoor seating as well, Bocce ball, bowling and beautiful bar inside, plus FANTASTIC STAFF, I’m talking about our wonderful waiter Jeremy, and incredible food at reasonable prices. If you’re visiting Chicago, this is a must see restaurant, hope to someday return. And ps we loved it so much we went twice during our short trip to Chicago.

A go to restaurant. I love the Super Salad. Add Salmon. Yum. The steak and potatoes Special was nothing special and not up to the restaurant’s usual great offerings. If that had been my first experience here it would have been my last. Great casual atmosphere. Nice patio seating overlooking the River but indoor is bright and airy. Place is huge!

Great experience! We sat at the bar on Sunday 4/18 for breakfast. The bartender was very friendly! We enjoyed the drinks and the food. Pictured is the prime rib dip and chicken,bacon flat bread. Sooooo good!!

I just had the best lunch in a long time. So unexpected from a place that specializes in entertainment rather than food.They are definitely willing to go an extra mile for customers satisfaction. Had a coupon for free lunch entree with a purchase of another one and they accepted it even though they dont serve lunch on Saturdays.Had an amazing Superfood salad - I loved all the flavor and combination of ingredients. Not common in summer I also ordered a Pasta Bolognese, and was very happy with my choice - probably the best Ive ever had.I would definitely recommend this place to eat besides playing bowling or bocce.

Everything here is wonderful! Got married here two years ago, and come back every year. I miss the stuffed mushrooms. Wife says if you get rid of the chicken, and goat cheese pasta were done. Our server, Jeremy, was attentive, and friendly. Well be back!

Bowling area has great couches and waiter service, and just overall great place to go. Could have more aircon (under this heatwave) but overall my favorite bowling place in Dublin.Bowling (with shoes; 1 hr) was about $20pp and bocce is only $5pp

Amazing and incredible are the best adjectives I know to describe my brunch. Steak and eggs/Chicken and waffles. Seasoned to perfection. The ambiance; bar,patio andwaitstaff is world class.

First waiter wasnt as great and really left a sour taste to the experience at first but then my second waiter Jacob, was amazing!! Loved his attitude, I enjoyed the chicken dumpling soup and the ribeye. Both were made to my asking and I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you to Jacob for saving the experience. Lemonade also had unlimited refills so that was a nice bonus.

Just the view and scenery is 5 star. I really had such amazing time. Kegan our server was very attentive and polite. Our drinks were nice..The food was good. Just go for the experience to be on the river front. The boats were docked and you will feel like getting out of bed that day had a purpose.

Wish we had of known in advance, totally worth its own trip. We are making plans with friends for a future trip and will definitely be spending time here.From the entry Pinstripes presents as a classy Bistro, then you notice Bocce and Bowling - what???? Yes correct!This review is written during the time of Covid-19 as was our experience so its rare to find truly fun activities indoors that are safe, you can count this as #1! Masks are of course required for entry and when moving throughout the establishment. However, your party of up to 10 ppl for Bocce and 8ppl for Bowling will have your own dedicated space to get comfortable.With full catering and bar onsite they have you covered for entertainment and dining. We chose to go bowling and have a few drinks. It was a blast! The most fun date night in at least a year and a half. We had our own private lane, with shoes and balls provided at a very fair price. We had a very attentive server/host who brought our beverages right to the lane.The lanes include several cozy couches, side tables, large central table, electronic scoreboard, and a couple of tvs for the sports fans. The music was really fun and puts you in a party mood. They can also cater to larger groups and there is a really nice area out the back looking over the river.Dont keep this a secret! Book now and take your friends or date to Pinstripes for a fantastic time.

We sat on the patio and had a great city view until it started raining. They are able to quickly move us inside. Food was surprisingly good for having a simple menu. I loved the atmosphere the most. It was kinda loud but it was a combination of laid back/fun and fine dining. Great place to meet up with some friends or family.

I thought it was a tad bit pricey for the portions we received ($9 for a very small order of truffle fries), but I thought the food was exceptional. Comfortable seating, nice aroma. Waitress was newly hired and did an excellent job making sure everything was correct and checking up on us. The brownie and gelato were amazing.

A must visit when you go near the pier. Great vibe and you can tell they take customer service seriously. Met the manager Joel and he made our visit even better. You can tell the passion he has for the restaurant. We will be back.

Used their valet service for my truck, paid for it up front online and when I arrived I was charged extra for it being a truck even though I clearly stated it was online. Paid the additional fee, left the truck with them. When I picked the vehicle up, my custom wheels were damaged!! I asked to speak to management and was told the manager was not there, and I would get a call back. No one ever called me back!

Perfect! Everything was perfect. The service was excellent! The food was perfectly plated and delicious. The view was amazing. It was everything! Absolutely recommend it. Use the valet service. Its much better than parking in the garage yourself and very reasonably priced in downtown Chicago. Enjoy!

My friends and I took a weekend trip to Chicago. The staff was phenomenal, they went above and beyond for accommodating our party. The food and drinks were also delicious. Highly recommend!

Visited for the first time, for their brunch buffet. For $35/person I didnt really feel it was worth it. Food was good, have a create your own omlette. Wait staff was terrible. We sat at a table and waited 15+ minutes before our drinks were ordered. Staff came by at 5-minutes before the end of the buffet time to let us know that it was ending soon. Lucky for us we didnt wait to be reminded, as they started to break down the stations when there was only 15-minutes left for the buffet serving time. Well go back to check out Boche, bowling, and other activities. Again, Im not sure Id recommend for the brunch buffet (again, food was good but nothing to rave about) based upon our experience.

The manager greeted us as soon as we walked in and seated us. All 3 kids were able to find something they liked on the kids menu. My husband and I ordered different food so we could share and try each others food and it was all so delicious. I tried their Crystal Lake Beach Blonde beer and it was nice and light. Our server was very nice and attentive as well. Very pleased with our first visit there. We will definitely be back.

The waffle duo and crispy potatoes are *chefs kiss*. The waffles are topped with a super light Nutella whipped cream that has me going back time and time again. Absolutely delicious.

Husband and I stopped in for lunch. We ended up ordering the wings, bruschetta, and sliders from the appetizer menu. Hubby had chocolate chip cookies and I had strawberry shortcake for dessert. All of it was great! The staff was also very nice, from the host to the waiters.The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because they charge a pandemic tax. Its listed as a wellness charge on the receipt. There is a cost to doing business during the pandemic. Things are already more expensive because of the pandemic. To charge your customers a wellness tax for visiting your restaurant feels punitive and Im not a fan.

We stopped in after the beach. Everything was awesome!! 2 adults and 3 teens. Everyone enjoyed their food. The music playlist was great. The staff was welcoming and if you can score a seat on the patio, DO IT! We had 2 burgers, fries, spicy chicken sandwich, chicken club and macaroni and cheese with cookies and a warm brownie and Gelato sundae for dessert. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been here several times over the last few years. Its always a fun experience. Good has consistently been excellent, service is good and the facility is in great condition.

We had reservations for my daughters birthday on the patio. When we got there the hostess told us that there was a party on the patio and they were unable to seat us outside. My daughter was quite upset. After speaking with Joel the manager he made arrangements to have us seated outside. Joel totally made up for the small inconvenience. He was very apologetic and attentive to us the rest of the night. Our server was great as well and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing modern style bowling alley. Great aesthetics. Pizza and drinks were delicious. As someone who has bowled plenty, but in simpler lanes, all the various game variations were a bit confusing. Took us a while to just find the regular, plain bowling setup.

We’ve had a delivery and that was some disgusting food!! Beyond dry style chicken and rotten lettuce !!! Packed in the wrap so you can’t see!!! Unbelievable

The only downside is they close at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night! Went there for a friend’s birthday party and the service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their Parmesan fries were AMAZING! I didn’t eat much else to rate the food. My drink could have been a bit stronger, most of the time Long Island Iced Teas pack a punch for me, this didn’t exactly do that. But I get it. People are different with the amount of alcohol they can take. Overall, I really enjoyed this night out. I wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer, but they close at 10.

If I could leave no stars I would. For it to be my first time here I experienced the most horrible time. On July 15 2021 the moment I got there in sat down me and my husband was ignored. Our waitress ignored us the whole time. He walked over to check on everybody us beside us. I called his name nothing to the point my husband had to go get the lady that was working at the front desk to get even take our order. It was so unbelievable. You guys need new waitresses I did not enjoy my first time here.

The place was nice but the staff took forever to get to us and it wasnt busy at all. I guess they heard me complain so they offered us free bowling which we did take. The food well i ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs unfortunately when they finally came to the table they were cold and no server was around for me to say anything about. My kids did enjoy there food which was a good they ate comfortably. Overall staff was not attentive and it was a slow night.

Their brunch is delicious and very reasonably priced. So many options to choose from but I wish there was more seafood. If weather permits sit outside and enjoy your brunch looking over the river then do some bowling or play bocce! I have a great time every time!

My favorite Saturday spot! As always Cat and Ivan delivered outstanding customer service while still making a personable encounter with me and my guest. Excellent food! and the desert that Ivan recommended Pistachio ice cream was divine. A Sunday Funday spot for sure!Cat & Ivan you both rock! Continue to keep up the good work. We went today for our first time for the restaurant week menu, just to try things out. To say we were pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. The food was PHENOMENAL! The service was on point as well. I’ll definitely be back again and again just for the food.

What a great venue! Located in downtown Chicago, near Navy Pier, great food, vibe and activities! Outdoor seating, on the river, bonus!Lovely food selection and excellent customer service, I highly recommend. My friend and I walked to Navy Pier and hit this spot on our walk back to the hotel. I’m sure there’s parking, but easy walking here from within the downtown area.Nice wine selections and food was tasty, large portions. I think the only downside was the choices for dessert, but that was just us.

Delicious American fare in a fun neighborhood of downtown Chicago. Their menu is extensive and theres something for everyone. The atmosphere is fun and lighthearted, but the dim lighting also makes it feel formal at nighttime.Ordering dessert is an absolute must here. The Smores dish and Banana Split are incredible!

The views of the river and skyline were beautiful, atmosphere nice and relaxing. We ordered the Calamari, flat bread pizza and Caesar salad. Food was very good. Pizza cooked in a wood burning oven very tasty, calamari was crispy, salad was very good, but drenched in dressing. I ate it because the dressing was so good, but just too much. Inside they have a bocce ball area and mini bowling alleys. Very nice place. Would definitely go again.

My family and I went to Pinstripes, it was our first time going. It was a little pricier than we normally pay. We had a blast, the food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating! We will return, those wings and flatbread was sooooo good!

Well, I was out with my family and friends celebrating my birthday AND Ivan was 💯 great. He was attentive, informative and social. He really made my Birthday special and will visit again in the near future. The outdoor patio was comforting and an added bonus!!!!

My favorite place to go the food is always good staff very friendly clean establishment Good is good and service is fast. It’s really crowded on Saturday and Sundays; weekday mornings are pretty congested. Omg its the best food and customer service ever and prices are reasonable. Safe surroundings

Pinstripes has probably one of the BEST BRUNCHES in Chicago !! An amazing spread that goes from an omelette station, seafood station, carving station, all the trimmings and sides and last but not least a melted chocolate fountain where you can get your own chocolate covered strawberries or pineapple. Truly amazing. Besides Brunch, one of my regular and favorite places to go for drinks and bites. Any time of the day or the night. Any day of the week. Ask for Bryce or Jeremy and they’ll take good care of you. As will everyone else :-).

This was our first time here and our first time being able to eat indoors in months. The food was fantastic and the service was absolutely amazing. Especially Joel! He was very friendly and extremely attentive. I will going here again without a doubt.

My girlfriend and I stopped in here as we were strolling the streets of Chicago and we saw a sign for bocce ball. Although we didn’t play I just thought it’d be cool to see and it sure was. They also had a very nice bowling alley inside that would have definitely been a great time, but the price was a bit of a deterrent although considering the upscale scene I understand. This place also had a really cool downstairs that had even more bocce ball courts that looked really nice. On the back patio was a beautiful view of the river and fireplaces to sit around and keep warm. After checking in we found out there was a free sorbet which was $7 on the menu so my girlfriend and I each got one. All the customer service here was great, but the wait for a small dessert was quite long. I had no problem as I enjoyed the environment and time with my girlfriend, but it is something to keep in mind if you are in a rush. The sorbets were fantastic and never had something quite like it. May return here to play bocce ball before my visit is up.

I stopped in on NYE for a drink and was excited to find that there was live music and great ambiance! The 3 piece band sounded like a 5 piece band, with a female vocalist and a jazzy sound that made the atmosphere trendy, welcoming, and it felt like I had stumbled on to a scene that was very metropolitan. I had planned on having only one drink at the bar, but decided to stay longer to listen to the band and enjoy the atmosphere! I know that other patrons at the bar felt the same as we mingled and discussed the experience. I will keep an eye out for the next event at Pinstripes that incorporates live music!

We love coming here for the food and the drinks. The manager Joel is the best around, and we’re very glad to live so close.

Of course, there not serving food or drinks do to Covid-19.But Ill recommend this spot as a nice meet-up for friends and family to meet-up and have a good time.

Best brunch I have been to in a very long time hands down.Staff and food was great,loved the bottomless mimosas.

We came for Saturday brunch and it was delicious. Not the same price specials as on Sunday, but we didnt mind. We got the eggs benedict and salmon flatbread. The flatbread was very refreshing, flavorful. Couldve used a little more white spread but still good. The benedict was extremely delicious, very good combo of flavors and spices. The prosciutto was a surprisingly great alternative to ham or bacon. They also brought out some flatbread with pesto which was great to hold us over till our meals came out. Would definitely come back. Service was good as well.

I connected with high school friends while visiting Chicago, and they suggested Pinstripes so we had an activity as well as a great menu to choose from. We had a blast, would definitely visit again. The staff was helpful and checked on is frequently without being disruptive. Everything I tasted was delicious.

Wonderful place! Whether you want bocce ball and booze, or bocce ball and brunch, this is the place to go! The food is magnificent, and the wait staff is superbly unobtrusive while being very efficient and pleasant. Oh, and this is just the basement! Wait till you see the upper floor! Well be back!

Was a little skeptical about this place since I always thought it was just a bowling alley, but their brunch and their bottomless mimosas is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and their service is on point, especially the manager, Joel who took time to make sure we had everything we needed and were well taken care of.

This is the first time we have been to this establishment are experience was great!!!😊😊Accommodation and customer service was great and very clean and safe. I would definitely recommend this place to a friends or family and definitely go there again!!!!!! Rated them 10/10 based on atmosphere food drinks and customer service and cleanliness.

Walked in, waited five minutes for someone to serve us. Staff was everywhere not too busy. We left.

Such a cool spot. Great modern yet comfortable atmosphere, great for small or large groups. They have several seating areas including private rooms. We had a great family style dinner with apps, salads and several main dishes (my favorite was the grilled veggies and chicken parmesan) then went to bowl a could of games. We had dessert and drinks while bowling. They had fun music and great service. They also had a picture station where you can get group or single photos and they will be emailed or text to you.

My sister’s daughter made reservations @ Pinstripes at the downtown location for Mother’s Day. I was invited to join the celebration. The waiters was extremely nice. The ambiance was great. Unfortunately, the Eggs Benedict was awful. I understand recipes are sometimes “elevated” or changed from the traditional recipe. However, when it is changed, you have to make sure the change is for the better.A traditional Eggs Benedict is made with a toasted english muffin, canadian bacon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce. Pinstripes serves their Eggs Benedict with a biscuit, topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce topped with one piece of regular bacon cut in half.Now, I don’t mind the difference as noted on the menu. Unfortunately, the biscuit was so dry, that every time I cut into it, the biscuit crumbled. The biscuit had no buttery taste, salt, etc. I had to ask the waitress for more hollandaise sauce to try to get the biscuit soggy. That didn’t work as the hollandaise sauce had too much lemon juice. Needless to say, I ended up scraping the poached egg off the biscuit, removing most of the sauce and eating just the poached egg and the bacon strip. It is a good thing we also ordered a plate of waffles to share. The waffles were excellent and saved the day.Yes, it was my first time at Pinstripes and yes, I will try the restaurant again. Next time, I will try the flat bread. If that does not work out ~ well, I will be done with Pinstripes.Thank you

Great restaurant. I can say must go.Great service, ambience, especially food is really really good.I have ordered an ice cream(banana split), it really tastes good. Whoever found the combination, no doubt they nailed it. Ice cream lovers, this is for you. This have fruits like pine apple, banana, berries and three flavors of ice creams.I will surely visit this place again.Bowling and bocce is available to enjoy and one more interesting thing which leaves a little fun time memory is their picture station

I always enjoy my meal and the service at this Pinstripes. On Saturday I ordered from the brunch menu. OMG! Im so glad I did, I had one of the best egg white omelets, and trust me Ive had many. This omelet was a flavorable surprise (I think I inhaled it). Ok so dont judge me but that was my first course. What can I say, besides I really enjoy the food here. I also had the brunch burger, no complaints.
