If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! We had our party their in October 2017. When we went in around June 2017 to book it and she was very convincing and nice . Every time we went to make payments she was very welcoming .Fast forward to the day of the party. She wasn’t as welcoming as she was when we went in to make payments, attitude was different. She had a stank face the whole time at the party. The setup was not as we expected (or as she explained.) The bartender was being so fishy and me and my family noticed a lot of liquor and beers were missing. By the end of the party the bartender himself said to us that he had to keep some liquor!! like how is that possible if the drinks were supplied by us so whatever was left we should be able to take home. Not everybody was able to eat which I’m sure I paid for more plates of food than the amount of people that actually showed up. Overall OUR MONEY MOST OF ALL and our time was wasted!!!! We do not recommend

Water leak in middle of dance floor, roof falling apart. not able to use dance floor to dance.....

The pop, and lemonade are flat. The only good drink is the water. Half of my table didnt get there food on time. Our napkins smelled like wet mop .When its time to go they are ready to kick you out. No one is leading these waiters in the right direction.

I canceled the party due to poor room presentation. The tables were broken and chipped and the so called manager was rude and very unaccommodating! I asked to speak with the owner or the next person in charge and I was told shes it and owner is out of town.If the owner sees this posting please post a contact number so that people can call the person in charge directly. This is not good fpractice for business!

Horrible place, if you are thinking of doing your party here, dont big mistake, the staff is rude, the party was supposed to end at 1am, at 11:30 they were picking up the tables, they took the pitchers of water even tho we were still using them all glasses were gone didnt matter if you were using it they would take it away even tho the party ends at 1, half of the party didnt receive food and food was nasty, a big mistake, so if you are doing a party I wouldnt recommend this place

I highly recommend this room, from the beginning I began to see it I loved it. Diana is a very professional, sociable, creative person and knows what she designs and does. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, THE FOOD, CONSTANT CLEANING THROUGHOUT THE ROOM, THE TABLES THEY DID THEIR WORK EXCELLENT, EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE.
