The representative Annette was very helpful and polite. She was knowledgeable about the storage and did not complain with the many questions I had. I really appreciate her hard work. She is the reason I decided to go with Metro Self Storage.

I just had a great experience working with Kathy. I made a mistake in the size unit I rented. She promptly remedied my error. She guided me through the process of getting the right space and got me my refund. She was extremely professional and courteous while she carefully listened to me. You could feel her smile over the phone. What a wonderful individual! Thank you Kathy!!

Today I came in needing immediate storage because I was force to move without proper notice. As stressful as that may sound the young lady at the front desk made everything better by providing great service. She made everything so easy and and was very diplomatic about my situation. Place is rat infested they said its heated but its not lights go on and off while you are in your unit all the time. Will never go back there ever again.

The managers here are great, they go above and beyond to insure that my needs are meet. They kept the place pest free and whenever there is a problem it is quickly addressed.

Omg ! This storage center has a huge rodent/rat problem. Droppings all throughout my unit. If I would have known about this issue I would have looked else where. Customer service has been good and place seemed clean until you see the Rat feces. Just terrible. I will be junking some of my items and the rest I will find another storage unit. You guys need to address this issue. Not sanitary. Paying good money for a rat infestation. Smh

Office stuff is very helpful. Im glad I went with Metro to storage up my things. I feel safe there when I have to go into my storage unit.

Huge ratarat problem!to!! Hadnt been to my locker in a couple of months. When I returned, my items were full with rat feces! Complained to the office, and I was told that someone from management would contact me, but that never happened. They have rat traps throughout the hall, so that should have been the clue for me to find another facility before renting.

Metro Storage is one of my favorite storage places I have stored my items there two times and the the staff are very courteous and helpful.

Went to public storage first because I had reserved a storage unit. 6/20 however I had forgotten it was my grand son graduation. Called several time no one would ever pick up the phone so I texted them to explain my situation they would not respond. I went there me and my brother to set if the storage was available went mine there were to big grease woverines sitting at the desks getto as all hell mentality or a Africa wild dog. My brother tolde to go next door to metro and we did the price was half the price public storage charge metro was cleaner, receptionist was polite, friendly. Dont was you time with public storage West on 79th street. YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
