Ive been a customer at this location for over three years, and its always been a fantastic experience. Kelly does an amazing job managing the facility and providing the highest level of customer service. When we have occasion to speak over the phone, beside being super nice and friendly, Kelly always remembers who I am and when I first came into open the account. How she does that, I do not know but it is really nice to be remembered in this busy day and age.

The staff is what keeps me here, the price is a bit less than their competitions which is nice but honestly I would have paid more to have my stuff 3 blocks away but Kelly and Justo are what keeps me here. They are exceptional! I have been with life storage for more than 4 years and have yet to have an issues. We started at their Glenview location and, we have been storing our belongings for over 3 years now at their Chicago location and the customer service is still outstanding.

Kelly never fails to make my day every month when I walk in to pay my bill. She always remembers my name and is very personable. This is the customer service companies should strive for. Thanks Kelly for all you do. 10/10 reccomend.

About a month ago, I was in the facility to explore options on storage space. I found myself being helped and advised by the one of the most wonderful staff members of your facility.... Miss Kelly!She greeted me with the most contagious smile and then she offered her most valuable knowledge of your location.She seemed most concerned about my needs and not the hurry of a space rental. She took her time to explain the facilitys availability that would fit not only my needs but my budget.Her knowledge on the facilty was impressive and she did not hesitate to point out important features. She was quick to address all my questions without hesitation or miscommunication. Once my decision was made she welcomed me to Life Storage and reassured me that I made a good choice and that if at any time my needs should change, Life Storage could change for me and with me. She explained the contract where I could understand it and not feel confused or misled.You are very fortunate to have such a loyal and dedicated member on your staff.I know her knowledge, winner personality, and impressive character geared me to my decision.I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire location.

I need to clarify that this 5 star rating is for the property manager Kelly. The company gets a 2.5 star in reality. I have been a tenant of this site for many years and have had from 1 to 4 units at a time. Kelly has done everything in her power to make meet my storage needs and time frames for getting my items in and out. She also calls to check up and see how things are going and if my storage needs are changing or could be better. Who does that regarding storage? Kelly does.As for the company, my rent has increased yearly, at a minimum. However, I still have the same space and locks, and no other services. I understand staff has to be paid and there are expenses in running a building, I get it, but how about letting me throw away some garbage or being able to leave behind items I no longer want to another tenant, per se. In a donation corner of sorts. Maybe invest in some upright carts as well, for those taller, longer items people might be storing. Just my suggestions as a long time customer.

My experience with this specific life storage was amazing. I needed help because I work nights and didn’t want to keep my unit another month. They allowed me to have 24 hour access so I could get my stuff out of there. I will DEFINITELY be doing business with this specific location again. I was on the fence about getting a unit, it wasnt needed but would be convenient. The facility itself is clean and looks secure, but what really sold me on it was the awesome customer service and friendliness of Kelly. Super funny and very personable. 100% recommend her and her staff if youre looking for a unit.

Hi! I had rented a storage at this location beginning of October. Received the best service. I was skeptical at 1st since I didn’t get a good experience the last time I rented at the location on grand Ave. It was not the best service and my things got ruined due to low maintenance.With the service provided by Justo,I had best experience. He would check in with me whenever there was an issue. Although it was a month I rented, he made me feel comfortable and was very helpful in the end when I moved my things out. I would definitely consider this location once again if need be. As well recommend to family and friends.

Ms. Butt the lady in the grim desk was amazing. Very kind and organized and help us find the perfect storage size for us. We were stressed we had to move last minute and we went to this storage unit place and feel safe storing our items here before the big move. She even was patient and gave us a tour of several storage units. Overall I had a great experience and all instructions were explained thoroughly and very concise with kindness. I recommend this place and it comes with a free movie truck which is a perk! Storage opens as early as 5 am and closes at 11pm which is convenient when we have to pack things in the storage when we work graveyard yours. I had a storage at this location. I spoke to JD informing him that IL be moving out soon but didn’t know the exact date. He did inform me that I had to pay a prorate payment for the few days that my belongings was in storage. I proceeded to ask him what if I move out early will I at least get some of my money back? He said no but talk to kelly. Well I went in to talked to Kelly on May 30th I decided to move out but they put a red lock 🔒 on my storage saying I passed my prorated date which it was the 28th. I had movers helping me get my things out of storage. So JD went to get the red lock off while kelly was proceeding on why my storage was locked out. I also proceeded to let her know that it was unfair for me to pay a whole month that I’m not using the storage at least charge me for what I was used. Again Kelly still try to proceed to knick pick with me about company policy til I told her to leave me alone cause I was not feeling well. So I paid for a whole month and my things are no longer there. I feel it’s unfair and my money will not be refunded. You may be good people but I will tell the truth.

The ladies that work the front desk are amazing. Always so friendly and prompt to help with any of my requests. I appreciate how fast and efficient they are as usually I am in a bit of a rush. Been a customer for over a year and would never consider changing just because of their great customer service. They truly are great!

Ive been renting my storage space with this location over 4-5 years now and its very nice and clean. Kelly has been very helpful and is always on top of things. She is consistent with reminders of when your payment is due and makes the effort to call you again to avoid any late charges. I will say she makes you feel that your things are safe and always secure.I highly recommend this location.
