Just as I was starting to believe customer service was dead and gone, we met the folks at Ch-Town Customs. Audy did exactly what he said he would do. He had to order our rims. They came in the next day. His crew was quick and efficient with the install and we were on our way. Quality rims too. We would definitely go back again.

My experience with Chi Town Customs was phenomenal. I was there midwinter just looking at the wheel selections they had available. They were able to make my dreams become a reality by putting me in a set of beautiful 22 inch Vellanos.. anyone who knows high-end Wheels know that you cant touch a brand new beautiful set for under 4-5k. They were able to put me in a lightly used beautiful set staggered for under 3k. Sales rep walk me through the experience from beginning to end and I was even given the option for financing or layaway..... thanks again Chi Town Customs.

The guys at Chi Town Customs are friendly and professional! I had a set of rims given to me by my dad who passed away, the rims came off of a SUV but couldnt fit on my car due to the lug pattern. They re-drilled the holes and got them to fit. When they heard my story about the rims being sentimental to me they made sure to take care of me and the main brother personally gave me his condolences. My condolences to them as well as they have recently lost a loved one.

Was looking for a tire place to rotate and balance my tires. Called Just Tires and was given a crazy price. I decided to check in my neighborhood so I did a google search and Chi-Town Customs Inc showed up. The service was awesome. They were very honest regarding their pricing. They get you in and out in a timely manner. They get alot of business. Its located right by the green line. Its restaurants and stores within walking distance. The only reason why its not 5 stars for me, because the sitting area is outside. You can stand inside but there is no sitting and parking is at a minimum.

I have always had a great experience with chi-town customs. This is my second set of 22s I have purchased with them and they both have been good. All the guys have always been helpful especially the manager Abi, good customer service and make sure you get what you need at a good price. Also check out the helper he brightens dull head light covers for the low and does it in 10 minutes while you wait, priceless!!!

Wow, did expect this! I hit a pot hold and was in the area of this Tire shop. I noticed lot was pretty full, immediately an employee got my attention. I told him the problem, he was very polite. Assured me they can fix problem. With in 25 minutes, I had another used tire, rim was bent from hitting the pot hole, which fix as well. GREAT PLACE.

I bought new rims and tires from them had a couple stripped lug nuts but i whent back and they fixed it for me on the owners word... They had good prices... Will go back ... Good looking on the lug nut thing.. But i still wont be going back because the tires where too thin for my car. And the car would start shaking around 45-50 mph... Just trying to sell but dont really know too much about the proper size a car needs... Its a coin toss u might get lucky.

Sold damaged rim after pointing it out multiple times that I didn’t want a rim that showed imperfections. I borderline feel as if it was done intentionally. Spent a lot of money to feel as if I was ripped off. I have spent moneyed new rims here twice. Two sets of rims with proof. I’ll never buy here or recommend again

I dont think you can beat these guys, ive been to alot of the used tire and rim shops around the city. I received a weld on a cracked 19” rim as well as a tire. I was out of there quickly. I wont be going anywhere else.
