Though I had to wait 3 weeks for a time to get in, it was absolutely worth it! They fixed my back bumper from an accident and worked all through the insurance. They also allowed me to pick up my car on a Saturday. The women who worked up front and answered the phones were always so nice and polite. When I picked up my car during the snow storm it was clean inside and out with a full detail! However when I arrived home, I noticed a dent and scratches in my front door. I quickly called them to ask about it and the women gave me her personal number to send over pictures. She told me she would have her manager check it out from their before photos they took. She promptly called me back and apologized on behalf of the owner and told me to bring back my car anytime that week so they could repair it. I did, and upon picking up my car the second time I was greeted by the owner who apologized and had a full detail on the car again. Not only did they own up to their mistake and fix it, but they were always so polite and attentive any time I called to check in. Great team and a great repair!

Wonderful people polite and knowledgeable staff kind and accommodating as well I had a knee injury and could not retrieve personal items from my damaged vehicle the gentleman not only escorting me to make sure I was safe and collecting those items but also carried the full contents which was no small thing to the trunk of my rental I offered him $25 out of respect and kindness and he politely refused saying that it was his job and it was a pleasure to help me I was floored Im very touched after suffering such a big loss at least I know I ended up somewhere with a beautiful service and very professional people. The service with six stars.☺

I love this place, very helpful and professional. I always go to this place any time my vehicle needs to be repaired. I love this place because of many things but most important because I know I can trust them. It is very hard to find a reliable vehicle repair shop. The customer service is amazing and they actually repair what needs to be repaired, no hidden fees ever! They are very thorough and transparent when giving you an estimate and will always consult you before repairs!

The owner is very informing! You won’t leave the shop with questions! Their work is great I always recommend this shop to anyone!

They did a great repair job on my front bumper! My car looks almost as good as new. I am thinking of going back to get more bodywork done.

A&R did an amazing job on my VW after I was rear ended. I was even able to still have the car dealer certified after an inspection because of their awesome work on my car. So grateful that honest reliable professionals still take care of their customers.

Bad experience at this location had to go back multiple times for them to get the job done right suppose to have an eye for detail but fail to get the job done right the first time
