Since moving to Chicago from Florida where I purchased my vehicle, and after trying other Toyota service locations, Toyota on Western is my service location of choice. The service area of the dealership is well staffed, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Keith is my exceptional service advisor. He is friendly, knowledgable, and efficient, as are the others he works with and through. I have a five year bumper-to-bumper warranty on my auto. It takes patience to validate the insurance, analyze what repairs are needed, and coordinate that level of service efficiently. Keith coordinates that excellently and expeditiously. Of course this couldnt happen in other than an exceptional dealership with a great maintenance and repair service.

After the purchase, the service was too poor. It took three hours to change the motor vehicle oil. I didn’t change it twice after going there. Very disappointed with Toyota Motor Corporation’s service.
