Craig in the Service Department is awesome! My tire pressure bells and lights came on while on my way to work this morning. Working two jobs, I had no idea how I was going to deal with a flat tire or having it repaired. When I called to see when I could pop in for a quick check- Craig told me to run by real quick and he would check it out for me. He topped off all of the tires and told me to come back in after work if they came back on. Thank you Craig for your compassion!
My family and I have been loyal customers to McCarthy Ford for about 15 years. We have referred many friends and family. We had the Fusions, Escapes, the Focus and lastly the Edge. We have always had a good experience with them until my last purchase with them. When I bought the edge, I told the salesman what I was looking for in a vehicle. It’s a safety feature for me. Little did I know the vehicle that I bought didn’t come with fog lights. I was told to call Ford customer service to see if there are fog light kits. So I had called them and they don’t. You would think after doing business with them for so long, the salesman would have told me look that car doesn’t have this feature. Let’s look at a different one. Long story short, I bought the car with low miles, not aware of the missing feature. Later down the road I had to replace the rear brakes at 30k miles. I understand the maintenance side of it but at 30k miles?I wanted to talk to someone about this, bc I thought it was weird to replace the brakes on a vehicle with low miles. I was told that I would be receiving a call from the service manager and nobody ever called me back. So three weeks went by and I received a call from Pete Gleason. I told him some of the issues that I was facing and he said that he would call me back. This is going on almost two weeks without a callback. There customer service has really tanked. I guess they don’t care about their loyal customers. My family going forward will be looking elsewhere.
I was seriously nervous about taking my older Ford to have a minor repair done. I thought it was going to be beyond my budget but representative Craig made me feel so comfortable and at ease when he explained everything upfront and how much it would approximately be but came back and let me know it would be a little bit higher and why. Thank you Craig for everything you even made me laugh which is a hard task.
As a former certified dealer technician and current ASE certified technician I never feel scamed or are there attempts to sell unnecessary work. Honesty is key to me. If you own a Ford product and need service, check them out.
My car broke down after my sons basketball tournament, and we are not from the area. MxCarthy Ford was amazing. We had the car towed to their shop, we received updated phone calls while we waited, and they finished it in time for us to take it back home rather than waiting until the next week for pick up. I bought a used car from McCarthy Ford last month. I didn’t even get my first oil change before my wheel hubs started to go out. Since I had bought a Nissan from McCarthy, I had to go to the Kelly Nissan for service. Diagnosis revealed I need over 3k in repairs for the car I just bought from them. I’m disappointed because I was referred from friends to come to this place for a car. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a used car from here EVER. Waste of time and money.

One of the sales reps there gave me bad vibes. Hes a Native American. Hes either not good at listening or was being slightly discriminative. My GF said she didnt get unemployment after he ASSumed she did and then mentioned it again after running her credit check. Thats not a good look for someone who is doing business and suppose to be assisting on your purchase of a vehicle. She was told to come up there when they are aware you have to be on your job a certain amount of time to qualify and the guy in charge was aware she just started her job. We wasted an hour of our time driving there.

I am on car number 5 from McCarthy Ford. They go above and beyond for their customers. When waiting in the waiting area for a service appointment the recognize you and always say hello. Service and parts are always courteous and kind and are very thorough when discussing service on your vehicle.
Lewis was our sales person and I can say he was amazing. Not only did I drive away with a new car, but so did my husband.Who at the time really needed a new vehicle. I traded my 2017 Ford Focus in for a 2020 Ford Escape. The SUV drives smooth and is great on gas. We Fill up every two weeks. Mind you we both drive to work and back which is about 28 miles back and forth. My husband traded in his 2005 trailblazer for a 2020 Ford Fusion which is also wonderful on gas. We also shared a review on their Ford website, but just wanted those that didn’t see that review to be able to see this one. When you go in ask for Lewis he will treat you right and is not out to break your pockets. A++

We were greeted by a very pleasant and professional Mr. Louis Minter, our sales person. After bringing my car here 3xs for a knocking noise that they couldnt figure out I open my hood because my brake fluid is low after one month after an oil change which they fill you fluids. To see my brake fluid canister dangling there not 1 of the 2 screws were there. Just sad this isnt the first time they put me on the road unsafe. Another time they rotate my tires. By accident I notice my new tire from discount tire was on my back passenger when I brought when I left the tire was on my back passenger. When I asked no one had an explanation. I would bring it back for the 2 screws but to be honest I wouldnt even let them do that.
I was in town for the holiday from New York. I hit a pothole and messed up a rim on my Flex. I searched online at a couple of places, with no success, then stumbled upon this dealership. I drove over solely because it had the highest review numbers in the area. When I arrived, the friendly parts guy (Ray) made a few phone calls and literally in less that 24 hours, had a new rim waiting for me. He even got the service department to squeeze me in to replace the rim on the spot. The other gentleman (Bobby and Billy) took time to answer all of my ancillary questions about my Flex.Thanks for the great service. Ray saved me a ton of time.

Great service! Everyone was very helpful in getting my new car. It was a very smooth process all the way through. They worked with me because I really didn’t have any money to put down. The whole process was about 3 hrs max! Ken was my salesman very cool guy.
I got a good deal here years ago, but I was using a buyers service. Theyre here to make money, so it helps if you have some leverage. On the other hand, Ive been bringing my car back to them for service for a number of years, because I trust them. So far, they havent given me any reason not to.

Came in to buy a Ford bronco and put 10000 down was treated horribly by the sale manager . He has a very nasty attitude wasnt trying to work with me and what he said was final so Im guess being African American women my money wasnt good enough for that dealership. I was told that I wouldnt find one anywhere else and found one cheaper and it will be there with the badlands package included in 3 weeks . I really think he was judging becausehe tried to give the paperworker to my older sister and when he looked at me everything changed

If i were able to select a lower rating, I would. I found this dealerships practices to be dishonest, deceptive and simply repugnant. The salesman was totally dishonest and engaged in a numbers shell game; pretending to offer a meager MSPR discount while debiting and attempting to hide the exact same amount debited elsewhere. I was insulted and treated with a total lack of respect. I was able to broker a deal for the exact same truck at a different dealership for FAR lower than McCarthys sales team offered; although they continually to assert that they were offering the car at cost. I strongly urge anyone considering buying here to beware.

I was absolutely in the worst place when my 2012 Ford Fusion, that I bought there brand new, was totaled this January. Since that 2012 car, I have bought two more. Now, I can add a fourth. They understood my situation and helped me look at all options. They weren’t pushy and extremely accommodating. I would recommend buying a car from them anytime. Excellent people to do business with. From sales to finance to service (and parts), my trip was an awesome experience. Buying a car can be fun and nerve-wracking all at once. The entire staff made me and the wife feel welcome, comfortable and satisfied by the time we left. You can ship for cars online all day long, but getting the personal experience is only available in person and the folks at McCarthy did a fantastic job.

I have recently just purchased my 2017 Ford Fusion from Tommy on August 21st. I went in to just look around and explore the options I had. After finding out that the Fusion that I did want was not financially feasible Ted and Finance Manager Dan( I believe sorry if I got the name wrong lol) sat down with my girlfriend and I and asked what we were looking for,wanted and needed to be payment wise and did what it took to get me in the car I wanted at the Payment I needed. Furthermore I traded in my 2003 Mustang GT and was happy with what they gave me for the trade in value. On top of the financial part and making it possible to get me in a Fusion that I have been wanting they did all of this for us at 8:45pm and had us out by just after 9 with my new Fusion shines up and ready to go Hats off to you guys very happy and not only will we recommend you whenever possible but will definitely be purchasing from you again in the future. Thank you. Also wanted to say my girlfriends sister drove from Elkhart,IN to get the same experience from her salesman Tim that got her into her 2018 Edge that she’s loving. I walked in with no expectations to buy just look around at what dealership offered right before thanksgiving holiday. I had received a mailing they had a program for people out of bankruptcy. Service was great as soon as I entered!! Rodney was a trooper excellent salesman who was patient with me and my financial needs. I was sold an awesome 2016 escape, low mileage and guess what the deals only got better from there. Finance manager laid out red carpet treatment for me with more Ford perks!! Came in for a simple oil change at 5 oclock and they turned me down and said because I didnt have my appointment but they told me on the phone that they accept walk INS I think their are racist and they dont want to do the job. They were not busy and said only accepting appointments. First and last time going there. I drove 30 min to this location to get turned down very upset.

This was my first time purchasing a car from here. The service was great the salesman took his time to explain everything about the car was not in a hurry and not pushy at all. Salesman are always friendly and take take to stop and say good morning how are you which makes the customer very comfortable and knowing they are getting treated well. Also the service dept was also a very fast paced dept but even though they also took their time came to greet you when you pull in and ask what are you having done today and ask are you staying or getting picked up.They also offered if you want coffee you can help yourself and replied anything else just ask me and Ill be glad to help you. So overall I would give this place 10 stars. Thanks for you help and the services I have received will recommend friends and family to this location. Thanks again.

After having a rough experience with another Ford dealer, McCarthy Ford was recommended to us by a friend. Normally we would have not driven that far to look at cars but I am glad we did. Ray and John were kind and courteous. John listened to what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. We were looking for an affordable car that was safe and in budget as we have a little one on the way. My husband and I did not feel pressured into anything. The first car we looked at and test drove ended up being the one we purchased. John made the financing and paperwork process smooth and easy. Without an appointment, I drove to the service dept to replace a tire destroyed by a pot hole the previous day. My exact tire was in stock. I purchased it & McCarthy Ford installed my tire, applied my customer discount and sent me own my way in less than an hour. Thanks again to my service advisors Tom & Jim ! 🚘

This place has the worst customer service ever, I came in for a new key it only took a hour. I paid, and went to my car, turns out the new key was never programmed to my car. I take it back to the service desk, and the guy tells me in 20 minutes it will be ready. I sat down about hour and waited, I go check on my car and the guy just started to work on my car. I had repairs done on a Engine issue. I picked it up and I still had a Engine issue plus low oil light came on and should have had a oil change. Finally when I first brought car in Service promise a spare key and touch up when I went to pickup the guy on phone said who was going to pay for it. But to there credit when I called to complain they stood by there Word. Uncle Pete the manager said mention his name when l bring my vehicle in Monday January 13 Im buying all my vehicles from McCarthy Ford.

Just received an EXCELLENT service from the service department at McCarthy Ford. My Van was quoted to be in the need of a new engine by another mechanic shop that supposedly worked on it for more than a month!!! Although my Van was 2 miles away from another ford dealership but after talking with Brian at the Service department of McCarthy Ford, who I found him very knowledgeable and helpful, I decided to tow my Van for 20 miles to drop it off at their shop! In the morning of the next business day Jim Domino called me and explained that they have found nothing wrong with the engine except 2 blown fuses and they got the engine up an running in less than 2 hours after that! later in the evening Jim called again with more detailed update!I would give these guys 5 star in their expertise, care giving, timeliness and communications!Great Job McCarthy Ford, Brian, Jim, Craig and the service team!Kaveh

I just bought my second vehicle from them, and while I never dreamed I would say buying a car was a pleasant experience, McCarthy Ford made it just that. Including the test drive, we were at the dealership a TOTAL of two hours! Bill was a great salesperson, and as with my last experience at McCarthy, there were no high pressure tactics used. He got us exactly what we wanted, and didnt try to up-sell us on a bunch of garbage we werent interested in. What a concept: give the customers what they want. Keep it up, guys. Ill definitely be back when we need another Ford!

Place was great when I bought my vehicles but ever since sometime after despite asking over four times to be removed they flood me with robo calls, text messages, and voicemails. Ive asked politely but today would have to be well over the 15th voicemail, text, and robocall. So kind of a frustrating experience following my purchase. Will edit if they ever would remove me, until then I would not recommend.
Just bought a 18 Fusion from a salesman named John who very effective and efficient during the purchasing and afterwards. The man in finance was very helpful and understanding to what I needed. This is the first Ford I have ever purchased and hope it will be one to remember and wont regret!

The service Department is outstanding as always, Jim D. And Brian are the best service writers Ive ever delt with at any dealership.The mechanics are all well trained and very professional as well.As a whole I leased/bought my new 2019 Explorer Sport model because of the service department here.I bought my trade in Explorer in 2010 from a different dealership(Bill Kay) and the salesmen and finance manager totally screwed us on financing, then when I had the first oil change the mechanic made a mess with his greasy hands. I never returned to Bill Kay, I always had my service done at McCarthy.Year before last, I was on I-40 in Tennessee and my engine overheated caused by a clogged radiator, I didnt know who to call, so I called McCarthy and spoke to Jim in the service department. He found us on the Map and found a dealership and guided me to that dealership in Harimon Tn. And that dealership got me back on the road the next day.Jim went 150% to get me the assistance we needed.I always said that if I ever became able to buy or lease a new vehicle it will be with McCarthy all the way.So, last Saturday we leased a new Ford Explorer 2019 sport addition, and we love it.We love it !
