Liars and crooks.Made me and my wife drive an hour and a half because they kept emailing us and calling us to come test out a car we inquired about. Once we got there, the manager said the car was across the street getting body work. I told him that the website had multiple pictures that showed no damaged at all, and he went on about how the people who are in charge of the website take pictures from good angles and miss things. Then he blamed the phone representative who called us, scheduled an appointment, and ensured us the car was there and available for a test drive and said the phone reps have no idea what theyre taking about because they dont step foot in dealership. Its easy to just blame everything on someone else and thats a common practice there. Zero accountability was taken for wasting 3 hours of our time driving there and back. Then he kept trying to convince us to look at other cars while we were there. I have never left a review, especially a negative review, but I felt a strong need to warn others about this place, especially after reading peoples reviews who experienced the exact same incidence as us. The dealer showed us a bunch of disgusting and dirty cars and kept telling us that there wad zero room for negotiations because INTERNET PRICES were the absolute lowest prices for those cars. I have never bought a car and not negotiated the price down. Again, liars and crooks. If you dont believe me, go there and experience it yourself. If it sounds too good to be true over there, then it most likely a scam.

If you’re considering South Chicago Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Inc. and haven’t committed yet, I have one word for you: RUN.I came to South Chicago Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Inc. to potentially trade in my vehicle on 9/7/2021. Roy, the salesman I spoke with, was beyond rude. He assumed that, because I am a disabled woman, I would be unable to afford any difference on a vehicle if I traded with them. He was visibly shocked to learn that I have excellent credit, and I was met with utter disbelief that I would be able to pay for a car in any capacity. His behavior was unacceptable, prejudicial, and downright offensive. When they finally pulled the car I was interested in around for me to inspect, multiple dashboard alert lights were on (including check engine), the van was filthy, and the taillights were literally smashed in. When I pointed these things out to Roy, and mentioned how different the car was from the images online, he said “So?” as though that would excuse it.My ultimate message is to avoid this dealer at all costs. They wasted my time - don’t let them waste yours.

This dealer is shady, good luck buying a vehicle from them. I offered full asking price for a vehicle if they fixed the tire light on the dash. They refused and lowered the price a few days later. I made several requests to speak to general manager and they would not get back to me.

Hector was a great salesman but they sold me 08 BMW X5 that had not been checked for any problems before I bought it when I asked them to check some things he told me that I would have to pay for that. So because they didn’t check this vehicle for any problems after I left not even 3 hrs later the 4x4 malfunctioned and I could not stop on the expressway and totaled it. This is not my fault this is their negligence. So I towed the car back to them and they gave me my money back but I will never shop here again

Showed up to this dealer looking for a car that was listed on their website. Before showing up I made a call to make sure the car I wanted was still available and the person on the call said yes. When I showed up they sat me down and the salesman told me he would be right back not telling me what he was leaving for. He didn’t come back after 30 minutes and I got up and left. Terrible service.

I contacted this dealer via their website and they insisted I come into their store to discuss the price. I havent had a dealer refuse to work out a deal in advance in a really long time. They obviously didnt want my business, so I wont be shopping here. For anyone doing car shopping you should always work out the deal in advance either via email or the phone. It makes it easier to do comparison shopping. I also negotiate financing up front too.

I scheduled a test drive for a specific car i saw online. We even called to confirm the same day. When we got there, the car was down the street because something was getting cosmetically fixed and they had no way to get it. The images online showed a car with no cosmetic damages.The salesman then proceeded to try to sell us other cars we had no interest in.Waste of a time.

SCAM ARTISTS!! the sales team here will tell you just about anything to get you to purchase a vehicle. I bought a 2020 Audi from here in March and was given 2 guarantees when I purchased: 1. If there’s anything wrong with the brakes, the dealership will pay for repairs 2. They will supply me with a spare tire.Reggie, the sales associate I was dealing with did not hold true to his word on either of these. 4 months has passed and thousands of dollars spent later, and he does not return any of my communication or tell me how I can get reimbursed. I never write reviews, but the Service here is genuinely awful. If you are looking to buy a car, I’d advise going literally anywhere else other than here (unless you like headaches and being lied to)

These people are crooks!! They were calling me for weeks telling me to come test drive a car that I was interested in so I finally decided to go and test drive the car and most likely buy it. I wasted an hour and a half and theyre going through paperwork only for them to tell me that they sold the car.

I give it 2 stars only because they deceived me. i saw an 07 charger for 2000 dollars spoke with the sales agent and he said the car was still available so i told him im on my way. i gets there and he tell me he has bad news and tells me the car has mechanical problems that it wont go over 20 miles an hour. waste of my precious time because he knew that when i spoke with him only got me there to try to sell me something else.

They had a decent amount of CASH cars to choose from. I got a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with only 100k miles for $750. That was a steal!The process was easy and fairly quick since I wasnt financing. I wish they did a better job of detailing like they said they would but the outside was cleaned and shined up nicely.

Dont go here if you are looking for a Dealership experience. they really seem intent on not providing a buyer service attitude. you want that car, and its missing a body trip part, Not my problem, and you know it. The culture here comes off like waht one could expect from a used car lot. Customer care is not their strong suit. would not reccomend. Would have bought a Second car here, within a week, but did not because the service was soooooo lacking. Went somehwere else the following week instead and bought another 2018 model car.

Came here for an oil change. Specifically told them to use a specific kind and instead, they used a cheaper one. At check out, I noticed the price was significantly lower. So after waiting for 2 hours, I had to wait for them to fix the mistake that they made.

Traveled from Elkhart to Chicago to see a vehicle they had listed online for $7,000. Never actually got to see the vehicle because it was a block away and needed some work. After explaining our situation and what we were looking for, the salesmen immediately wanted to put us into a vehicle which was far more than what we were looking for. Pulled the old you need something reliable, card. Salesmen was kind, but we just got the feeling he was definitely more interested in HIS sale than our needs. Would not recommend working with this dealership based on this interaction.

This dealership lied to me....both on the price and the financing (tried adding $1300 once I got there), agreed to it before I drove 2.5 hrs with my wife and 18-month-old to get the vehicle (which they knew), and told me in person that the woman from the internet service team that I communicated with multiple times may or may not exist but that it doesn’t matter nor did it matter what we agreed to. “It doesn’t matter what she said.” Words from the GM. The internet service team part was just odd. The sales rep said Chrysler does unusual things with their internet team like it was a separate entity that was outsourced. Then wouldn’t answer when I asked if the woman was in the back (I wanted to get her involved to clear things up).At best, they were rude and have extremely poor practices that cost me a day and countless headaches. But my experience makes me think the folks I worked with were not honest and this was a shady tactic. I’d avoid this place or be sure to get every communication in writing (not sure if that would help). And they hit my credit twice without even agreeing to a price. I shouldn’t have filled anything out without getting everything in writing re price first. I could’ve avoided that but trusted them.
