Great place to get work done on your car, repair prices are reasonable, they are honest with what you need and dont need for your car, they are very busy so get there early in the morning

The best shop ever!!! AAA towed my car here after trying to make me use their suggested shop. I mentioned Cabrals to the driver and he quickly corrected the AAA dispatch and we were on our way to Commercial/Yates/Exchange ave.

They have been handling all my cars and my familys cars for over 10 years.always have been courteous and on point especially the older gentleman I forgot his name but Ive moved I use to live in this neighborhood and no matter where I go, i still bring my cars back here..fair price, accommodating... Have TV in waiting area, restaurants nearby...

I love Carlos. Hes fair and will tell you exactly whats wrong with your car, and he has great mechanics. My family has sent several friends to him and they love him as well. He deserves 10 stars!

This is a very difficult review for me to make, because they have helped me save 💰. They do not charge an arm and a leg, and the people are good at what they do. However, when one of the workers bad mouths your car in front of the boss, and the boss doesnt say anything, that says a lot. Apparently they dont think too much about me. Sooooooo...l stopped going there. I live paycheck to paycheck, and if l could get/buy another 🚗, l would. Dont look down on me because l dont drive a BMW!!!! In sum, they do great work, but it could cost more than the 💵 you pay. 10-4.

The Cabrales are honest and dependable!!!! Their clients are kept informed or repairs needed immediatwly and which ones that can wait. They never price gouge their customers. ALWAYS fair pricing. If they are unable to make the repair they tell you so. I was referred by a friend and I too will be telling my friends and family. You need to get there before opening because their schedule fills up early and they have to reschedule for the following day HOWEVER they arent open on Sundays and close very early on Saturdays. You wont be disappointed with their customer service. Use the bathroom before you get there and bring a snack if you plan to wait. Waiting room and amenities are practically non-existent. Being the diva I can be in urge all to drop off your cars for repairs rather than wait😉.

Excellent mechanics there. The owner, Carlos treats everyone there with dignity and respect. I would just like to add that Carlos doesnt try to rip you off especially women. If you are a woman go there with your automobile and you cant go wrong!!! TRUTHFULLY!!!

Only place i took my car for 15yrs. Thy do good work never over charge. If thy cant fix it thy will let you know. Was allowed to go back an see what thy were doing to my car. Would get there at 7:30a after work an walk out by 11:00am depends on what i was getting fix. I love those guys. my husband works on my car now. Hes just as loyal of a mechanic as thy are. I tell ever one go there. The wait is real its worth it. Bring snacks or head to resturant up the street. Thy do have a shop in HammondJunior #1. Go there as well. Carlos Newphew

Cabrales is my neighborhood mechanic. Been there for over 20 years. Does great work, wont over charge you and very honest. If he cant fix it, he recommends a place you can go to. Great recommendations by the way!

Do yourself a favor and take your car here. Miler is as good as it get but he is way busy. My go-to-guy when I need to understand my car better. He takes the time to help you understand the car and what work is needed. Hell never sell you on what you dont need.

I have been going here now for about 3 years. My cousin was going here for years and told me about this place. Carlos the owner is a stand up guy. The mechanics are phenomenal. They have serviced all 4 of my cars. I never been taking for that old mechanic ride, where they shake your right hand and put then put their left hand in your back pocket. They service my infinity, Nissan, gmc, and dodge. Carlos was honest and said he didnt mess with my jaguar. Totally reliable, honest, and worthy. Thanks Carlos for all that you guys do. Best service ever. Mr. Cabrales is the most honest person I have the chance to met. I went there the first time and they fixed the gas and brakes lines. Last time I didn’t have the time to go to Mr. Cabrales (he has always tons of cars to fix and you need to be veeery early) so I went somewhere else and a guy told me there was a problem with the steering wheel, so they fooled me and just made me pay them a hundred dollars. This time Mr. Cabrales checked the entire car for a lot of things I was worried about. He said everything was fine, and he did not even charge me a penny! Imagine!
