I rate Insurance Navy 5stars.I was recommended to this place by my mother who was also recommended by others to get insurance here. Fast forward now its been years since I have been coming here. I also ended up recommending some of my family members here. To be honest the only reason I stayed with insurance Navy is due to the fact that they have a down to earth employee working there with (in my Tony the tiger voice)...GRRREAT! Customer service let me tell you. Her name is Zenaida...now what a gorgeous name by the way. Shes such a wonderful person. Shes my favorite. Not too many employees like this woman.Yes I recommend this place to you.🤝

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!! They give your policy to American freedom and ect and they completely ruin your life .they dont honor policies at all.i literally just hired a lawyer for an obvious claim they didnt want to honor. I never thought I would pay full coverage for almost 2 years to not get my claim honored .its unbelievable how they can just do people how they do. Im literally going to call news networks because hardworking people should never get took advantage of like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..so please if u dont want the stress of a lifetime DO NOT DEAL WITH INSURANCE NAVY!!!!!!!

This insurance company is a big ripoff I had full coverage on a vehicle someone hit while It was parked been three month company total still haven’t paid me for my car it’s sum scratches on the back of my car they tell me it was a accident and that they offer 3300 but will give me 2000 the insurance company is unique insurance please don’t get beat like they beat me
