Ive always had good service here! Ive met Renato about 2 - 3 times. His staff are very helpful and are always there to help you! Ive been a costumer for a few years now. I have no complains. I have my car insured there. I recommend asking for Sonia. She has always been very helpful and will try to help you. She tries to get you the best deals as possible.

I went in to the office to change an Auto policy and was Helped by Sonia, she informed us that they had Life Insurance Policies which i was not aware of, of course i was interested, she showed us various types of Life policies and helped explain to us each policy in detail in order to match our needs! safe to say my wife and I are now covered and in case of any tragic event that may happen in the future! this place is great, friendly and most of all put our needs first. She is very diligent and is easy to communicate with when I have questions about my bill or coverage. She makes everything easy to understand and creates a very comfortable environment! I just switched over from Geico to State Farm. Tracey was the representative I spoke with. She was very friendly and helpful with providing me a quote. My insurance went down about $70 a month from the discounts and safe driver program she enrolled me in. I can’t thank her enough for helping me to save money every month. She is amazing!!

After 40+ years as State Farm customers we are so disappointed with the lack of service we’ve received on our very first ever house claim. In August (2 months ago) the roof of our home was damaged after a storm. After weeks we finally had someone come to look at the damage, they didn’t even get on a ladder before they quoted us $2k for 8k in damages. We did not agree to the quote and they closed the claim without our approval. We have repeatedly tried to call and even go into this office and have not received any help from “our representative”. We repeatedly get told by admins at the office that they can’t help us and that our representative is not there. Never once has Mr Delgadillo called us! What a joke! After 40+ years of loyalty we are having to pay thousands out of our pocket to repair these damages. We are sorry to say that State Farm has lost our business for good!

Went in office to get information about life insurance and I was presented with various types of policies. The girls there were friendly and the agent was very involved! Bel provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Was able to get all my questions and quotes answered over the phone, did have to wait a bit longer than usual due to business but was well informed of all my trouble shoots or concerns. The lady over the phone was very polite and I decided to make my appointment to go in and get my car insured. The atmosphere was great in there. I love State Farm because we had a problem in the past and was really easy to resolved it, At this time my complaint is for this location on 61st Pulaski !! they have the worst customers service they never, never yes never answer the calls when you need them ! after many time trying a lady finally answered my call (Tracy ) and she was going to call us But she never did or somebody from that location !! we had a emergency were looking for someone to help us about to explain our policy and still waiting for yes after 2 day,, its enough we are seriously thinking to change to another agency ! please dont waste your time with them, Im serious its not the first time or the first person telling same thing about them, stay away from them!

Terrible experience with the clerks. They never follow directions. They are supposed to cor policies and never submit changes. Do not recomend it at all. Renato is nice but never available and but his staff is rude and careless.

Worst customer service. After calling 5 times and finally getting through I spoke with Sonia regarding a time sensitive manner she said she will call back or if not I can follow up in 30 mins. 30 mins pass by and I called, spoke with Bell who told me Sonia was attending a walk in customer. She knew the urgency of my case and decided to put someone else before me even tho she told me she will call me right back. That is just unbelievable. Also Bell, the second girl I spoke with was also rude on the phone. Will not recommend state farm to anyone who cherishes customer service.

We’ve been with Renato for 9 years now and the staff there is always available to help and answer any questions or concerns we have.

Took two weeks for me to get someone to answer a simple question. What a shame! Then the woman proceeds to smart mouth me.What, you dont want my free money? I dont even get into accidents. Foolish, just plain slow

Terrible. Literally asked if they could fax over a simple document over to the lien holders of my car and they are incapable of doing so after they assured me it would be done not to mention it wasnt the first time it wasnt done. Then I try to call and the office is closed on a Tuesday. It really amazes me how the representatives there can forget or choose not to do such a simple task. If I knew it was going to be such a hassle I wouldve and I probably shouldve, asked for a copy to fax over myself.

Came in to sign up for Medicaid and they said they do it but all they do is take your tax credit and never sign you up. Then they say they dont do that there when they had a sign in the window before saying they did.
