Took my 2013 Dodge Charger here as my insurance suggested after a hit and run to the rear passenger side. The service took over 30 days and the communication throughout the process was terrible. When I finally received my vehicle, I noticed I did not get a radio signal. I took it back to Service Kings Roseland location the same location in which I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. I was told that the radio issue was not caused by Service King and was also alerted to my rear defrost not working as well. It is noted the radio and defrost run through the rear passenger side of the car. I strongly believe Service King caused the damages as everything was working find prior to having it repaired. I was told by the gentlemen at the Roseland office it was nothing they can do at this point. I highly do not recommend Service King for any vehicle services. They have been giving me the run around between locations at this point and no solution has been made.
They have the best communication I have ever experienced from a repair place, communicated each step and car looked like it was fresh off the storeroom. So glad I went with them to repair my car after it was in an accident.

I had my vehicle serviced at Service King. I was highly satisfied with the work that was done. From walking in the door I was greeted by the young lady who was very nice and respectful she then brought the manager to me. Mr. Rodney McDonald was very nice and respectful as well. He explained everything and kept me informed during the whole process of my vehicle being fixed. I was truly satisfied and would recommend Service King to anyone I know and those I don’t know. If you want your vehicle serviced and fixed as if there was never a problem accident etc. and you want your vehicle to look like new take it to Service King and see Mr. Rodney McDonald he will make sure you are taken care of with respect!!!!
They did everything right this time
I picked this place because it was the first one I seen was open on weekends honestly and the reviews, but I absolutely loved them! Took my car to get estimated (someone keyed my car from the top right side of my hood all the way to my back right door) I dropped it off on sat and was happy cause they told me it would be done in 4 days max(my insurance was the one who was giving me problems because it took them over a week to get someone there making it 2 weeks without my car but totally my insurance fault!) but they were nice enough to let me use one of their rentals plus thy rushed to get my car fixed since they knew I desperately needed it back, fresh paint and fix my car looks brand new! Only took them less than 3 days. Definitely should come here for any body repairs!
Great Service deserves a great review.Allstate recommended this repair shop after my car was in a fender bender. To be honest, the area where the shop is located looked sketchy, but looks can be deceiving.From the time I walked in I was greeted with a super friendly receptionist who explained how everything to me in detail. I was told I would be contacted later in the with an estimated completion date. The receptionist contacted the local Enterprise for me who came and picked me up to rent a car. I was texted and emailed a completion date of 1 week. I was then contacted through text at each phase of my car repair. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted 2 days earlier than the quoted completion date and was told my car was ready. Not only was my damage repaired but also all the nicks and bruises on my car. My car was freshly washed (inside and outside). My car looked brand new again (interior and exterior). I was very happy with the service from start to finish. Jesse and his team really took care of my car and it showed.
Im conflicted on this one because everyone was very nice and professional and my truck looks great, but they changed my pick up date and time 6 times. The last day they changed pick up time to the 13th a friday after 6, mind you they close at 5 and closed on the weekend which screwed me on my rental car the insurance paid for. So I had to pay for a car I didnt need. Then I get an email Thursday less than an hour before close, no time to make arrangements for the next day even if I saw the email. Which put me on the hook to the rental company. Im not thinking I have to check my email daily several times a day. Dont suggest email as an option if thats how it works.
Im referring to Service King Roseland.Service King is a corporation.I have found that corporations tend to give cookie cutter service.Most of these post appear to be about the South Holland location.My experience was in Chicago.
Service King has done a good job with me Im proud to say theyre very good company they call you at various times and let you know how things are coming along so basically they stay in touch with you
I had a great experience with Service King. They did a great job on my car.
The people there are extremely friendly, but Ive been being told over and over again different dates that I could come retrieve my car. Every person I speak to gives me another day to come get it, and a reason different from the last person as to why it isnt ready when they said it would be. Its been over 9 days of me being told that I can come get my car then being told its not ready yet. God forbid I have any more accidents, but if I do. I will not be coming back here no matter how much my insurance company recommends them.
Took my vw in for repairs & tell kept it forever, gave it back dirty as hell & scratched up my one of my rear windows. Repair work was good tho but never again
Unorganized and unprofessional. I did a review and received a response. They respond to the negative reviews with a stock review. They change the first sentence or two for each response, (look at a few of the responses to reviews; theyre the same), then they say they will contact you to discuss the problem, but they never do.
They did an Amazing job in my car it looks brand new. And the staff is amazing and kind.
First time using them, fixed my daughters car wonderfully, I really appreciate the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you

They work for State farm... So ask yourself will they fix right ? State farm pays ? Thats why they tell you to go over here.

If there was zero stars I would rate them zero.They never notified us when they broke in our car when it was getting repaired with them.This is literally the worst place someone can come to.And supposably their cameras don’t work .

Not sure how this place has almost 5 stars. Extremely poor customer service and they force you to make appointments that they dont honor anyway. Nobody available to even give estimates on the damage.
