He took the time to listen to my issues and made an appointment for a service technician to treat my home right away. I was equally impressed with how my service appointment was handled. This is my second time using them for a separate issue. I am truly impressed with customer service as well as service performed at home. I have never had issues with fleas I actually didn’t even know what Having fleas REALLY meant until a few months ago. I googled, purchased and I tried to get rid of the problem myself and I just couldn’t. I was overwhelmed and going nuts so I finally decided to give them a call. I honestly regret not calling them sooner. I followed the instructions they sent out such as making sure my dog is treated with flea medicine. I ended up getting her a prescription for flea medicine because over the counter just wasn’t working for her. Also, Prior to his arrival I vacuumed everywhere. Once he got here we chatted About the issue He inspected and finally sprayed the treatment. Wow, I could not believe it by the second treatment they were GONE. I have my piece of mind back!! So happy. Words can’t express how I feel right now. Fleas are not fun and I wish them on no one!!! If you have fleas give them a call you will not regret it.

The agent was very thorough, checking the basement and replacing bait in any boxes. Then inspecting the two units with complaints. In those units, he sealed up openings that indicated activity.

The regular exterminators that come all the time are very courteous and professional. I like the fact its the same guys the majority of the time.

I cant compare this to another service but I had bed bugs. The first week the exterminator came on time, and said he would return in one week.It was 10 days and he had not returned so I had to call my office and get him to come back. There were 3 treatments. I dont see bed bugs. But generally there was lack of communication from the exterminator to my co-op office to me. I never quite knew what he sprayed or where he sprayed as he never left a written notification.

The service technician is phenomenal & thorough.

If I could leave no stars I would definitely do that in a heartbeat. I’m not a customer of theirs but more concerned person that was almost hit by one of their drivers.The driver had no concern that I was crossing the intersection and proceeded to blow the stop signs on 36th and Union, Lowe and Wallace and headed towards Parnell. This driver should be terminated. I did call the one 800 number provided and have reported it I know these vehicles have GPS and tracking and they know who the driver is there’s no reason for them to stand behind him

Zero results after 3 months

I had a great experience with this company when I lived in the Chicago area some time ago. I was dealing with a real bad case of termites, and they took care of the problem very quickly (were at my home within a day of contacting them) and efficiently. Not only that, but they stayed in contact for several months afterward to make sure the problem hadnt returned. I was very impressed with them, would highly recommend them to anyone having pest control issues. They are a five star business all the way.
