Freddie was extremely professional and punctual. He not only removed the raccoon, but he cleaned the feces and provided great advice in keeping the raccoons from continuing to enter my yard. Very unprofessional in dealing with customers. Charged us $325 to catch raccoons, he said hell set-up traps and CCTV but was never able to catch a single one! Traps were only there for two weeks cause he said there were no raccoons but the tenant clearly hers them on the ceiling. Also, Freddie Wright is a total ripoff, we were never told that his service expires after a month, and we are under the expectation that hes gonna solve our issue. He wants to charge us $95 for another week, and said we must pay regardless of whether theres a result in his service or not.
