Good and reliable how ever not on time for pick up, due to traffic and lights but other than that it provides the service when is needed

Driver said credit card machine was not working after making us swipe two different cards. We gave the driver cash. Next day, there were pending charges on the credit cards. Credit card machines were working just fine... super shady

Aragon to Skokie Motel. On time courteous. African man intelligent and personable. Great conversation and very nice. Car was old Crown Vic bad heater core could smell the coolant and see it on the inside windshield. The Checker company needs to stick $ in the ride... the inside back seat was tires as well as the sill plate was missing. That driver deserves a new ride to haul customers in. I would use this company again though based on him and the quick response to my request . Thanks Checker fix the Vic up!@

Worst Service ever. Jenny should be fired.

Unreliable taxi service that stood me up after 40 minute wait. Cab #5577 was supposed to show up within 30 minutes, after 40 mins I called the office to find out they cant reach the driver and hes not coming! Apparently the office didnt know the driver wasnt coming until I called to check on him and wasted 40 minutes. Do not trust this company with your taxi needs. They are completely disorganized and unreliable.

Driver says credit card machine did not work, called it in twice, said it didnt work then would not return card. Wanted to do paper for some reason. Had to get police involved to get credit card back. Driver cursed, called my boy and credit card was working perfectly in hotel. Very unprofessional and shady. See Checker 4951 walk away.

Better than uber

Terrible customer service. Left my phone in the back of a taxi and they were no help. Driver would not even check to see if there was a phone in the back seat. Michelle was a terrible customer service representative. Worst taxi service ever. Will always use Uber or Lyft from now on.

I reserved a cab an hour in advance. First they sent me a text 15 minutes early saying ETA was 1 minute. Then the cab was 5 minutes late. Very confusing.
