Never have I ever used a taxi company that tried to make me pay before my taxi even got me besides Uber a privatized company… WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Sounds pretty scammy to me

Had a car scheduled for 5:45 am to head to the airport and they just never showed up. I checked online and called the number but was just given an auto-reply that no driver was assigned. I ended up having to get an Uber to the airport and running to my gate to make my plane. I decided to give them one more for the return pick-up but they had no drivers available. Poor communication and they will leave you stranded.Follow-up response. My reservation number was 698840. I had a car booked for July 3rd and received a confirmation text message

On Feb 23rd I needed a ride from the OHare Airport. I called American Taxi. Not only it took only 5-7 minutes for the taxi to arrive. My driver, AYYAD, was incredible. Friendly, professional, very pleasant. Thanks to him I was able to make my flight. Because of his service and his personality I would recommend your company to all my friends. Thank you again.

We came to Chicago for an international flight from Atlanta: we had only 3 hours to see the city and come back. The driver was very nice, friendly, truly fond of his city, and gave us a tour to Pier Park, through downtown, Ukrainian village, and back to terminal on time. CAUTION! BEWARE! Avoid this company, they are miserable and you will regret it. After letting them (dispatch and driver) know I was at baggage claim they cancelled our ride and took another party. When I confronted the driver he was beyond rude and could care less about leaving us at the curb.

Nothing special about a taxi

Driver was very nice and car was clean. But my fault for not asking for a price quote. The same ride I paid 12.00 including tip earlier in the evening was 28.50 not including tip with this company. Was I ripped off, maybe but my fault for not asking before. Just beware!

I have used airport taxi for the last 2 years. the cars are always clean and on time. What I really love about them is that I can text them my flight number so they can pick me up at the airport.Convenient, clean, safe, responsible and on time.

My driver was the best driver I ever had he came extra prepared and cleaned my car with de icer and brushed it off. Fantastic service

My flight landed at 3:45 and I was pleased to find my taxi waiting for me. Getting to my hotel was a breeze and the driver recommend several excellent places for dinner. Will use them again.

Driver is on time. But will charge more then what the rate shows on the website . When I book the ride it showed $19.00 But charged my card $35.00 after completing ride.. They have lot of hidden charges ( 75% of quoted amount), in the name of Other Fees . I called them couple of time, But no use. Better stay away from service. Others competitors are cheaper then them and transparent billing.----- Fix the new system. Dont allow customer to book for $19 . or atleast give them prior note that rate is changed need to add additional fees. I am not the only one complained about your extra charges which is not mentioned in your system. If not able to fix the system, stop the online booking.

Quick and efficient. Picked us up within minutes and had has where we need to be in a timely and safe manner. Little hard to understand with language barrier but got us from point a to b without an issue.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! I thought I was requesting a quote online when it booked an appointment. I immediately emailed them saying to cancel the appointment and explained what happened. I got no response. I emailed them again today to make sure they received my request and look at the response I got....Cancelled.Stay Away ok.If you just want the price just Call. I made a reservation on line after talking to, Im assuming a dispatcher, to have a Taxi pickup on February 8, 2018 at OHare airport. Before I made the reservation I was quoted a price of $39.00. After I made the reservation a cost was not shown so I called Airport Taxi OHare and was told the cost would be $57. Now Im thinking that should have been a red flag. After my flight landed and I had my luggage, I called the number and the same person told me he didnt have a taxi for me. I pointed I had a reservation and just what was going on. He said he would have a driver call me and after many calls a limo picked me up and the charge ended up being $85 plus tip. I feel that I was scammed, so Im warning people to think before they use this service. Never again!
