SAS closed the launch. On the ticket, I had free access. SAS is really one of the worst airlines. Ill stay away from this airline in the future. Living in Texas as a swed. I cannot recommend anyone buying tickets from SAS. This company will not survive long.They are changing my flights all the time. A ticket for $3000 they should transport you where you booked and in time. They probably just going to make excuse due to COVID-19. Thats a bad excuse.Spent 4 hours on the phone to solve my ticket issues. Thats not acceptable.

Had to reschedule our SAS flight from OHare to Copenhagen three times due to covid. The first two times worked fine online, although the cost of the flight increased a bit each time. The third time we had to wait until close to the end of the rebooking window as we didnt know if Sweden (our destination) would reopen to US travellers in time for our flight. As a result we had to call customer service to rebook our flight. Even though we had paid more for our flight than the current flight available for our rebooking, we authorized an additional $45 additional flight cost per person.and were told our flight needed to be processed manually. Three weeks later, we received a call from SAS saying we also had to pay an additional $300 per person flight change fee. When I called customer service to ask that this fee be removed due to being told there were no additional fees besides the $45 increased flight cost when we rebooked, the agent told me there was nothing she could do and I couldnt talk to a manager as they werent authorized to take phone calls- nor was there any other way to communicate with someone who might be able to honor their own employees mistake. Ended up having to request a voucher that I may or may not get (based on other family members bad experiences with vouchers last year) and hopefully can rebook for a more reasonable price (our current vouchers are over $1,150 per person) without having to pay $345 more! Terrible customer service (and I have worked as a customer service representative) and complete inflexibility! Travel at your own risk with SAS. I wont recommend them ever again!

Always on time, the food is not that great, in flight coffee and tea are complimentary, the rest you have to buy it unless you are traveling on business class within Europe. For international flights longer than 4 hours they do serve food and one soft drink, the food is almost always cold food and not that tasty, their film selection on international flights are not that great, they have the friendly staff that you can meet and I have to be honest their flight prices are very expensive.

Flew direct return between Copenhagen and Chicago. It was an excellent and reasonably comfortable ride on the Go Light Class. Achieved both roads without surcharge, to book a seat at the emergency exit where the legroom is huge and better than on Plus, which I really appreciate. Friendly and professional service and two simple meals.
