It was easy 2 find and even someone in the parking lot asked me if I need help. Then, inside I called and was let it right away. Very clean comfortable atmosphere. Quiet too

Very helpful! We were bringing our daughters dogs from Michigan to be sent to Germany. Our keys got locked in our truck. The ladies at the door were very helpful and let me sit inside with the dogs while my husband and one of the other workers unlocked the door. Whew! Thankfully we were here an hour and half before we needed to be.

This place has absolutly nothing related to Lufthansa ( I mean German way of dealing with anything). Waiting time is simply crazy long and it seems like there is no person who really knows how to manage this mess. I just witnessed a driver who literally had to wait 4hrs to drop 4 skids. it is unbelivableLUFTHANSA - Ordnung muss sein !!!!

She loads a 43k load with 25 of room left on a 53 trailer Then gets extremely upset i didnt tell her how to do her job correctly. Common sense isnt here.

Lufthansa NEEDS to re-train their employees in customer service. Some of the loading personal - forklift operators are downright aggressive.Management is directly responsible for their employees, their training and their attitudes. One expects more from Lufthansa... Their current rating of 2.X is self explanatory.... Rude, inefficient employees - guess very comfortable and secure with their jobs - obviously they can get away with anything! Wake up upper management! Some guys at loading need anger management and customer service refresher course or maybe some other place to work...

I checked in at the kiosk at 12:35 p.m. I did not get loaded until 8:31 p.m

Multi-million dollar business and they dont have the parking lot figured out yet. If your new going to that place. There are no signs telling you what side to park on. a sign that says export and a sign that says import would be nice. they treat paperwork like you better have it right because theyre not helping at all. Even though theyre able paycheck employees

Loading at this place is despicable. I guess former names like Lufthansa mean absolutely nothing anymore. Not sure if parent company knows the low quality of their employees, staring with loaders. Rudeness and attitude is all there is at Lufthansa Cargo.Sad.

Other than my paperwork being a little screwed up, nothing to do with lufthansa it was a good delivery. It was a nice lady who check people in, & will help you checking in machine. After seeing all the reviews I thought the worst, but it wasnt busy at all, I was out in bout a hour & some change.

Great and peaceful company but ABSOLUTELY TRAGIC AND TERRIBLE transit service area, literally of the hundreds of ppl working between the 8 or so companies working in those buildings which are all chronically hiring due to the low population of the rosemont area (less than 7k).You would think alerting Pace or the Pace shuttle company of a missed opportunity due to bus frequency would be a priority but it isnt, however maybe no one working there realizes they can attract more consistent employees if they get nearby areas let alone Chicago natives employment would be swatting ppl away like flies!As far as cargo management and handling goes, expect anything they manage and distribute to arrive in an efficient manner, and from the plane to the doorsteps care was always taken in every part of delivery!

We used Lufthansa Cargo to ship two dogs from FRA to ORD. We were very scared by other reviews.If you are a family shipping a dog to ORD, find a Customs Broker to help automate the U.S. Customs paperwork for you. All of our documentation was submitted while we were in the air. We showed up, and Lufthansa Cargo released our dogs to us (we waited 10-15 minutes while they brought our dogs to the front). We used a company called Service Shipping Inc. Good folks.While there is much angst between truckers and Lufthansa cargo, we were treated very well. The worker behind the window was helpful and polite, the crew that brought our dogs to us were pleasant (When we found that the leash for one of our dogs was missing, they spent about 10 minutes looking for it, and found it).The only complaint we have is that the process of logging into their kiosks is very Trucker Cargo centric. Luckily enough, a trucker helped us through it.

The customer service especially in the windows from counter #1 to Counter #5. The Girls they don’t even know how to talk with customers. Very disappointing when I asked them to process my paperwork. Talking very rudely with bad attitude. They are thinking to drivers as they are slavers. I would like to bring to their supervisors and give the complaints. I urge especially to move the ladies staff from the main windows and bring to the new staff.

Easy check in. Pull directly into any available dock except #12, then check in with gentleman outside of customer service door and tell him what dock u have. Afterwards will go up stairs where a woman will check ya temp for covid-19. Proceed upstairs then to the right. Once inside on left hand side will be a set of kiosks where u enter the truck name, commodity, how many pages and first, last name. The monitor will display a number to match your ticket number. The csrs will then help u. U will need dl, paperwork then go back to truck. When ready to load the same gentleman will call u to dock and yhe forklift drivers will get the freight and have u check corresponding paperwork. If it all matches u are all good. Hope this helps

After sitting for 2hrs waiting turn for dock. Gave it to truck just pulled in. Now 2.5 hrs sitting at dock still waiting. Drive time expire when they losd me at this rate. If can avoid loads outta here. Hopefully shipments get since else where they shut down.

I only wish I could leave 0 Stars. They held my carrier over 6 hours when he was only picking up 9 pallets. They pick and choose who they load first. Be prepared to waste a whole day if you are picking up here.
