Rosa at the check in terminal was very efficient, helpful and made my check in the easiest one that Ive ever had.

I bought $600 worth of Delta gift cards for my parents, gift cards that explicitly say DO NOT EXPIRE and guess what? Delta declares them abandoned property after 2 years. I filed with the BBB, but guess what? BBB admits to nearly 2,000 consumer complaints in the last 3 years and yet rates them A+. Beware.

I have flown with Delta air lines for over 15 years, for national and international travel. My experience on February 14th was by far the worst experience i have ever had, due to the fact that my gate-checked bag was lost/stolen. According to Delta baggage claim at MDW, my bag was scanned on carousel 3, but never came up on the carousel. I am highly disappointed in the way this matter has been handled on Deltas end from the rep at MDW baggage claim. I unfortunately did not get her name, however she recorded my information on a torn piece of paper and never input the claim into the computer system upon my arrival at MDW and noticing my bag was gone. I had over 10 pairs of clothes and at least 6 pairs of shoes to wear over the all star weekend while I was in Chicago. It is very unfortunate that all of my belongings are gone and I had to shop while in Chicago for things to wear. I had tons of valuables in my suitcase and it is taking me longer than anticipated to make my claim through the Delta claims website becuase I notice something else that is missing from my closet or jewelry bag each day. This experience has made me question Deltas reliability and values.

Like the service very great. they were very nice to me the plane was clean the service was fantastic. i truly loved the seats were great and confortuble for me i recommand to use this air lines

A bunch of crooks. Worst airline out there.

Stop charging for baggage! They make billions without bag charges!

DELTA SUCKS, CHANGED THE PLANE, LATE GETTING IN FOR CONNECTION, FAILED TO GET LUGGAGE ON CONNECTION, EVEN THO THEY HAD TIME TO GET IT ON. DONT CHECK YOUR LUGGAGE IF YOU FLY THEM!!!!!!!
