I had called and left a message to clean dryer. I received a call four days later. The person who spoke to me informed that they are unable to come for cleaning if my dryer is not working. My dryer is working but does not dry the clothes. I think there is lint stuck in the dryer. Very unprofessional!I received a call yesterday, September 20, 2021 from Nancy, the Office Manager who was very polite and wanted to rectify the issue. She was sending a technician to check on my dryer as a complimentary gesture. I had already scheduled with another company but definitely plan on using EM Duct Cleaning company soon.Thank you for the call and also going above and beyond to explain and resolve.

I purchased the $99 Groupon, but I knew that I would probably require some additional cleaning because my vents had not been cleaned in the 14 1/2 years I have been in my home.When my tech, Deon assessed the situation he determined that I needed a deep cleaning due to huge amount of lint and dust that I had. Once he was done, the vents were cleaner and the air that came out of the vents was so much stronger.I had such as an awesome experience with EM Duct cleaning from start to finish. The staff was professional, kind, and explained everything.You have earned a new customer! Please tell Deon that I will be back next year for my annual cleaning.

Appointment setup was easy. Crew arrived on time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. Vents and Cold Air intakes were cleaned & germicidal UV unit was serviced. Crew gave me numerous tips and even showed me how to do some of my own maintenance. Services were performed in 2 hours and were reasonably priced. Before & after pictures showcased the spectacular difference that was realized. I highly recommend using them & will definitely be calling them annually to clean my ducts & vents!

Andre and his team arrived within the window given and I was called 30 minutes before their arrival. I was a little skeptical and cautious about being over charged. I covered expectations with Andre and he agreed that we would take it a step at a time. He took pictures of our air intakes which showed the dust, animal hair and dirt. We purchased the house recently and prior owners appeared to never have cleaned out the ventilation system. The team wore masks and removed their shoes before entering the house.Prior to the start of the deep clean they replaced the furnace filter with one of their filters. This would later prove the amount of dust, hair and dirt collected during the cleaning.The team worked well together completing the job thoroughly and within a reasonable amount of time. Well be using them again for ongoing maintenance going forward.

We purchased a Groupon for duct cleaning with EM Duct Cleaning. Communication was great. EM called us the day before to confirm our appointment and then called us the day of with an ETA. Deon arrived within his ETA. Deon first thoroughly explained what he will be doing. Deon then showed me my nasty returns and gave me explanations as to why it’s beneficial to clean them regularly. After he cleaned the ducts and the returns he showed me how much filth and dust he cleaned out which was substantial. He greeted me with a smile and kept that smile throughout all his explanations. The price was good, though I did use a Groupon, and had the return vents cleaned too. Comes with a 3 year warranty so it really makes it half the price when it needs to be done again! This duct and vent cleaning service is amazing! Kameron and Lorenzo were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and honest about all services and cost. They went above and beyond in providing high-class customer service. They came in our home with masks on and had shoe coverings on as well. I originally bought their base cleaning package, but because their service was so exceptional, I ended up purchasing a few of the optional upgrade services as well. One of the options was installation of an HVAC UV air sterilizer. A UV light that basically cleanses the air of mold, mildew, and other air borne particles. Pretty cool stuff! This is my first review of EM Duct Cleaning. I found them through Google, they are right in my neighborhood.When I called for information on the services provided I was thoroughly informed of all the services provided with the deep cleaning. I wasnt surprised by any charges as they were transparent with the costs.The office called and confirmed the appointment and even updated me when the technician was on the way.I wanted the supplies and the returns cleaned because I had a lot of construction done in the house, so I could only imagine the amount of Drywall and Floor sanding dust that accumulated in the ductwork. They also did a furnace cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.Deon was great. Very Professional and explained everything to me. He was also SUPER patient as I have a very high maintenance dog that can be distracting at times. I will definitely be using them for yearly maintenance.
