This is literally the best value for the best price type of company. I spoke with Paul who was very professional and quick to book the gold package for my house. The tech came within 2 days and didnt just thoroughly clean all the vents for the HVAC but the dryer machine one too. Defo recommending!

Horrible customer service, I’ve tried about 4 times to schedule an appointment & they never came through. Excuses after excuses. Definitely don’t recommend. Especially if I have to be the one to call just to confirm wether or not my appointment is going to be followed through so I don’t get stood up the day of, as the last couple times.

What a great surprise I had yesterday! My HVAC system stopped working, and being that it was Sunday I thought I was in bad luck!Accidently I came across Lowes Cleaning Services website and decided to give them a call, even though it was Sunday around 2 PM.Marko picked up the phone, and in no time John the technician was at my door.After a thorough checkup of the system and the Air Ducts, he proposed the Air Duct Cleaning and the coil cleaning!The service took about two and a half hours, after which the problem was resolved. My HVAC is old and the coil was really dirty!I might have to swap my HVAC system for a new one sometime within the next couple of years, but thanks to Lowes Cleaning Services at least I can now relax and enjoy the fresh air for the time being!I definitely recommend this company!

Micky came out to clean my ducts and dryer vent today and he was great!I had 4 other companies come look, and provide quotes but Micky and Lowes were the only company that had answers to all my questions, were responsive, and when he was here he was incredibly polite and professional.I would recommend for any general/annual duct cleaning needed!

Lowes Air Duct Cleaning Service cleaned our Air Ventilation system and Dryer Vent in our new home. They had this special offer we took advantage off. They cleaned everything thoroughly, they showed us with video camera too. After the cleaning they sanitized all the vents. Overall very happy with the service and the technician.And our dryer vent was definitely long overdue... a lot of stuff came out, they really cleaned it well. Hard to beat especially at this price.

I stumbled upon Lowes Cleaning Services from Yelp and Google search. From what little reviews I saw from their website, I was convinced I would give them a try. I figured if they deviated from their quoted price from their website (it was $249 special deal for duct cleaning, sanitation, and dryer vent cleaning), I could always kick them to the curb and get someone else.I was pleasantly surprised!I made the appointment and Nick asked two questions: How many furnace I had and how many floors are in the house. And they do cleaning on Sundays!Milo came at the reserved time and only asked to look at where the furnace was and all the openings and returns and he started working. No haggling and nothing. Once he completed the work, I had ask him why one of the room was really cold and he found the problem and helped with fixing the problem - at no extra charge! I tipped the guy on his way out.After having a really bad experience with a different company that also does duct cleaning, among other thing, Lowes Cleaning Services is a breath of fresh air and they charge half the price than that other company that does work four seasons of the year.I will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend them!

Their techs came out to clean out our dryer vent. They didnt even have a ladder to get up to the attic. Its not like it takes a huge 50 foot ladder. It only requires a 8 footer. I let them use mine. After about 7 minutes, they claimed they were done and started packing up and leaving. When I went outside, there were clumps of lint hanging from the flaps of the exhaust hose. When I pointed this out to their techs, they said they can clean it out from the outside but they didnt have... (you guessed it): a LADDER! I ended up letting them use my 25 footer to get up to where the lint had to be cleaned out. Again, 5 minutes later they were done. Its easy for one to see the reason for my high level of skepticism on the quality of the job after the series of events that I described.

I was not impressed at all. We used to get work done with Sears until decided to try these folks. Too quick in and out, technician was hard to understand so that did not answer any of my questions at all. They are cheap sure thing but their work is cheap also.
