I have hired Mr Duct for duct and vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning twice in recent years (most recently this week). Both times were great. Making an appointment and communicating with the office was easy. The crew arrived on time, did a good job of keeping me informed of what they were doing, worked quickly, and didnt leave a mess behind when they were finished. I do which I could give a better review, but.....The crew arrived an hour + after the scheduled time window was over, the company did call to inform of the delays and the opportunity to reschedule, but by this point I just wanted it to be over.Besides the forgotten plugs in the duct, the areas around all of the vents were left dirty, as was the area around the hvac. I also found metal shavings lying around on the floor.As a positive the crew, (and customer service) were very friendly and aware of covid protocols.So over all it was kind of a hit/miss experience, hence the 3 stars.

Achoo! Achoo! My condo had gotten super dusty lately, and I realized Mr. Duct hadnt been here in five years. The crew (supervised by Pedro) arrived today. They cleaned the ducts, dryer exhaust hose and bathroom fan (the dirtiest of the three). They even went on the building roof to clean the bathroom exhaust pipe, which was plugged up. As before, the crew was friendly, efficient and very thorough. Competitive pricing, considering the high quality. Decided not to wait that long to call on them again. UPDATE ONE WEEK LATER: Hardly a spec of dust on anything. Just in time for staying in.

I’m in shock this place has so many good reviews when they did such a horrible job communicating with us. Their lack of respect for our time is why I gave them 1 star. We had a appointment scheduled between 2-4pm. I was told to expect a call 20 min prior to arrival. I called at 3:45pm since I didn’t receive a call and was told they would be to my house at 4:30pm. At 4pm I get a call saying they wouldn’t be to my home until 4:30-5pm. At 5pm I get a text saying worker was on his way. He arrived at 5:30. What was the point of a 2-4pm appointment time? My husband took a half day off work for nothing. We told worker it was too late he would be don’t until almost 8pm, and he couldn’t have cared less, was like okay whatever.

Im really happy with the service I received. The technicians came within the time frame I was provided and were very nice and courteous. They showed me how dirty my HVAC system was versus what it looks like now so Im happy with the results. I would also like to thank Mario for coming back to help fix an issue I had with the heat not turning on after they left. The issue was not caused by him, but rather the old wiring in the furnace and he was able to fix it temporarily and told me what needs to be done. I definitely appreciate him coming back when it was already late in the day on a Saturday.

The Mr. Duct team did an excellent job cleaning the duct in our home. They explained each step along the way and answered all our questions. Much better than the service we used in the past. The differences in air quality is immediately noticeable.

The guys were excellent! Very nice, informative and helpful. Weve been having issues with noise and they figured out the problem, which turned out to be a bad humidifier filter and to high quality of a furnace filter. The unit has been working too hard and thus making too much noise! They got it to a great place and as noted above, told me how to change the humidifier filters once I get it. They were also not rushing (as some other companies do, because they are trying to get to their next appointment). They took the time to check every part. I feel confident it will run smoothly until the next check-up!They helped me out in a pinch last year and this year was just the same! My wife and I were really happy with Mr. Duct! It took two guys about two hours to clean our ducts really thoroughly, going through every single vent in the house. The explained everything before they did it and showed us some before and after pictures of some of the ducts. It was amazing how much dust and dirt they were able to remove. I also appreciated that they wore slip-on covers over their shoes and were very careful to keep everything clean. As they were finishing up, one of the guys spent some time talking about different air filter options and how often to clean or change them. Best of all, it really feels like the air quality in our home is much improved!

This service (duct cleaning) is great, especially if you dont know if your ducts have ever been cleaned. We just moved into a home that is about 20 years old and are also doing renovations. The techs (Adrian and Juan) cleaned out dust and construction debris from from the ducts which makes me just feel better even walking in to my home knowing that stuff isnt blowing around in the air. They also showed me video of the inside of the ducts. This company is very professional, prompt, and set your expectations from the get-go. I highly recommend this company and this service.

I purchased my home just last year and was not familiar with the location of the outside vent, which needed to be identified in order to replace the inside venting for our dryer. A fire, just waiting to happen.When you call, an actual living, competent and friendly person will answer the phone (in my case, Brittany).Beware, some companies you call, are actually call centers that contract the work out to different companies.Then surprise, surprise, a company you didnt call (or check-out) shows up. Extremely deceitful.When I called Mr. Duct, all my questions were answered and an appointment was set-up at my convenience.The price I was quoted, was the price I was charged.And, Mr. Duct didnt try to upsell me, you know, buy this product or sign up for this yearly service.I was called prior to their arrival.Two gentlemen showed up right on time. They were nicely dressed, very polite, extremely efficient and highly experienced.Bis shout-out to Alfonso and Andy. I used Mr. Duct for dryer vent cleaning and service/regular maintenance on our AC//furnace unit. The work was done timely and they answered all of our questions. During the course of the work, it was determined that our humidifier was no longer working properly, so they shut off all applicable valves and water sources in order to prevent any issues. They also provided a general estimate on the cost to replace. We would definitely use them in the future!
