Not so much Jiffy spent at least an hour waiting, at least 30 minutes of that without the vehicle being brought into the carport because of both mechanics focusing on a single vehicle. Then finally when the vehicle was brought in it was another 10 before they came in a spoke with us, multiple options were given for oil which is understandable, and while I also understand mentioning different potential changes or checks that could be done, we came in a specifically stated we just wanted an oil change upon arrival. We came here hoping for a quick oil change, hence the Jiffy but spent way more time than expected. 30 minutes is within reason, but over an hour seems excessive for there not being a line of cars.

Ralph, the General Manager is the G.O.A.T (greatest of all time). I went to Jiffy Lube today because my oil light came on, but I had just gotten an oil change at Firestone a month ago. Ralph and Parker checked my car and informed me that my oil had not been completely filled. This could have easily been a very frustrating situation, but Jiffy Lube took care of me! Ralph is obviously very knowledgeable and cares about providing good customer service. This was probably the best customer service with my car I’ve ever received and I will definitely be back. Thank you Ralph!

I recently went to the Webster groves location asking for Ralph he took care of my vehicle for its last oil change. The gentleman who greeted me told me he was promoted to general manager at the chesterfield location. So I went out their for my oil change. Of course I was greeted by Ralph and told him congrats on the new promotion. Had my vehicle serviced oil change and rotate of my tires. He cleaned all the trash out my car and washed down my windows. Just as always he was great! Couldn’t ask for better he’s intelligent, got the job down in a timely manner. Hardly go thru a couple pages of my book before my suv was done and I was back on the road. Give this gentleman a raise he deserves it big time only person I would like to work on my car! Great customer service no hands!

My car died in the parking lot across the street and I needed a jump. Ralph from Jiffy Lube drove me over and gave my car a jump. Then gave me a discount on a new battery. All in less than 20 minutes. Wow!

It was a busy Saturday late morning when I arrived at Jiffy Lube at 141 and Olive. I was asked to come back another time but I needed the Emission & Safety tests done a.s.a.p. in order to renew my already expired license plate sticker :( So, I waited in line. Cory skipped his break time and ran the thorough tests on my car. Although, it just missed the DMV office hours, I am grateful for Corys help and professionalism.

Ask manager if he could inflate spare tire to proper recommendations. Was told the mechanism was to complicated (LEXUS RX 350) and troublesome to lower and inflate, plus there are items in the trunk. WHAT? Of course I was steamed so I showed him where it was and removed the items and pointed to the bolt that you turn to lower. Nope. Just walked away without saying a word. Needless to say he did nothing. No problem I will no longer take my 4 cars there EVER! Ridiculous & unacceptable!

They are overworked and customer service is not great. Last time I went they did not reattach the bottom panel under my car, and it was hanging down. Since the screws were gone, I had to find some that fit and fix it myself. Ill drive further to go somewhere else.

They flung dirty water all over my car trying to clean my windows, and left greasy hand prints all over the hood and door which I just had washed. On top of that, an $80 oil change should come with guilt free service. No I cannot afford to let you change every air filter in the car and flush the radiator too! Never again will you get my familys business Jiffy Lube.
