What a great place to take your vehicle. No matter if your there for tires, emissions test or any of your other vehicle needs. They treated me with professionalism and they listened to me and what I needed they gave great information.most places rush you and don’t listen. This place is exceptional. I had a very positive experience at the Dobbs in Chesterfield. I went in for a tire replacement after work and they were able to fit me in right away. All the staff members that I interacted with were courteous and personable, especially James. I appreciated how they turned my bad day into a good one.

Everyone there was super helpful and informative. They made sure I understood all of the work they were doing and how much it would cost and told me what I might need to get done in the future without being pushy and trying to up sell me. The car was clean when they returned it and the work they was great.

I dropped my car off as directed. This Dobbs happens to be located near several stores and restaurants, so I went to grab lunch. The young man at Dobbs had told me about how long the work would take so I was able to make sure I got back close to when he said. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes!

The store manager, Chris Weiskopf is always pleasant and helpful in understanding my concerns. He will go out of his way to get my repairs done in a timely manner and never pushes to add more items to be serviced. His service manager, Mike Woodard is great in explaining any questions I pose to him which is the reason I always come back to this location for all services for my 3 cars.

Tried a lot of car service/repair places before finding Chesterfield Airport Rd Dobbs 15 years ago. None better. Consistent great service. Top management. On the rare occasion when something did not turn out exactly right, they quickly made it right. Yesterdays experience with Manager Dave Peterson is illustrative. Warm welcome back greeting when I walked in, attentive review of my service request, and when the service was completed, a summary of work performed--including an unexpected corroded tire pressure sensor replacement that caused a slow leak--replaced under their lifetime free tire rotation, balance, and flat-repairs for Dobbs-purchased tires. Then, as I walked out 15 minutes before closing, remembered that I forgot to ask to have my aging battery tested. Turned around, asked Dave, and he said, No problem, we can do that right now. They did. Typical Dobbs can-do will-do attitude attitude that keeps me coming back.

Wifes Explorer overheated so we had it towed to this location. It was late in day, but by days end we had a very reasonable estimate for the work. By next morning it was done and price was what was quoted to the penny. Perfect work. Perfect service!

If I could give this organization 10 stars I would. While on a concert going, “mom” trip with my Besty, arriving in Chesterfield I was a bit nervous there was something wrong with my tires because of the wobblyness. She asked the front desk person who they would recommend for the situation and they immediately said Dobbs.I called, and to my absolute delight, they where able to help right away! James, or guardian angle as he is now referred to, was able to arrange transportation for my vehicle at no extra charge back to Dobbs! They had my tire fixed and my car back to the hotel within an hour.Highly highly recommend!!!!

Ive spent well over $10,000 throughout the last 20 years at Dobbs for my fleetIts become very clear that all that concerns them is money, and how much of yours they can get. Excellent overall service every time I have been to the Dobbs at Chesterfield Valley location. Professional, courteous and knowledge in all areas of service my car required.

Check in was good but it seemed rushed. Was called to go over items needing repair and an estimated cost which was very thorough. Repairs were done in a timely manner. At checkout I was rushed out of there like I was on fire. When I tried to ask questions the gentleman seemed irritated and was not helpful. I spent a lot of money and it would have been nice to be appreciated.

I use Dobbs for oil changes, tires and general maintenance. They are consistently good.. easy to schedule, provide quality service at a fair competitive price. In addition, the Dobbs I frequent in Chesterfield Valley is even more convenient with shopping and restaurants right next door.

Picked up a screw in one of my tires. It was the Friday before a major holiday. Drove to Dobbs and they squeezed me in so I did not have to go through the weekend risking a flat. Very thankful and happy.

Chris gave exceptional customer service.It was raining most of the day and he arranged to have my car picked up from work and came and picked me up to get my vehicle. He also made sure i was getting the best deals on new tires and service. Lastly the tire warranty is unmatched. I was quite impressed, so much so i referred a friend and shes getting new tires today.

I have been going to Dobbs in Chesterfield Valley for years now and every single time they impress me. The level of customer service they provide is exceptional. They are not the closest shop to me, but they are absolutely worth the extra miles for the excellent service they provide.

This Dobbs location was recommended to me when I had a problem with attaching a lug nut after getting a new tire at a different retailer. The manager and also the service manager listened to me and understood my issue and also the situation. They tried and succeeded correcting the problem without me having to replace the whole wheel. Dobbs has always been a great place for me and my family to bring our cars. I have a 2011 Chevy Cruze that I bring in and I can always count on the guys to tune it up and take care of all of its needs. They do great work, they’re honest, hospitable, and a valuable factor in keeping cars running smoothly.

I was interested in buying a used first car for my daughter and wanted to get it checked out before purchasing the car. The car price is 6.5k. Dobb’s checked it out and found over $1500 of repairs that were needed. I did not purchase the car and I am so grateful to them for saving my money. All the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Dobb’s! I would gladly pay again before I purchase my daughter any car. No lemons no way thanks to Dobb’s.

This is my place to get anything that my car needs!Last month they did a great job replacing my tires, rear shocks and doing an oil change.This last visit was to replace my windshield fluid pump. The work was completed under the time quoted and I was satisfied with the price.I’ve never had a negative experience at this Chesterfield location.

Great facility! Last minute issues with my new (to me) car and they got me in quickly! David and Chris are awesome! I never feel like I’m being pushed into purchasing something that i did not originally go in needing. I am a longtime customer who keeps coming back to this Dobbs location for a wide variety of car service needs, even after buying new cars and trying out dealerships who are trying to get and keep my service business. Both managers and service providers at this location are consistently helpful, honest, and capable, telling me what I actually need and providing it at a good price and with better warranties than dealers. I’ve recommended these guys to numerous others over the years, and they’ve had the same experience. But in my experience, this is particularly true for this Dobbs location - so I always come here, not to other shops that might be closer at the time.

Normally we are pleased with Dobbs, however trying to sell us a 700$+ fluids change on a 29,800 mile garage kept Suburban does not make us feel any better about them than we would about the Chevy dealer. To Dobbs credit, they were at least 300 less than the dealer.700$ is a lot of cheeseburgers to be screwed out of especially, at my advanced stage of deterioration. Just not moral !!! Not trusting WASHINGTON, or a car dealer is one thing, but I thought Dobbs was above this kind of scamming.RRF

This place went above and beyond their service. Our car broke down in chesterfield,mo while we were making our way to Florida for vacation. They immediately told me that they could possibly get it looked at that night but probably couldnt get it fixed till the next morning. They started calling nearby hotels for us trying to help anyway they could. I finally found a hotel and they dropped my husband five kids and I off at the hotel then picked us up the next morning when my car was done. All fixed up and no other major issues. This place is amazing!!!

I had a 3 pm appointment for tire check. Found a nail in the tire but it took them over 90 minutes to check and give me a tire. Very dissatisfied with time spent

Long time Dobbs customer, and weve been using the Chesterfield Airport Rd location for a long time. Theyve been great and forthright in the past. Recently, though, every time we go in they attempt to up-sell their services ... stuff like telling us we need new belts and air filters that are actually fine ... or recommending brake fluid flush without looking up the history (it was recently done). This type of blatant nickle and diming erodes trust. How am I supposed to believe them on the more serious, expensive stuff?

Hi. I was kind of skeptical about the amount of time they took to do a transmission oil fluid from my car. Literally was less than 20 minutes!!! I called several Dobbs just to make sure if that was a normal and all 3 stores told me it was at least 45 minutes to do it. Im just worried that the car was not given its proper care and trust. Not to say about the price for transmission fluid change service

All Dobbs locations always try to rip me off. Shame car places have to take advantage of women...

We discovered Dobbs after moving to Missouri about 5 years ago. They have always been accommodating and very helpful. They are respectful and call with updates as needed which is very appreciated.
