Your agent Duke dispatched a load to us, was exact in conversation and on the rate con about a straight through delivery. Needed it picked up by 9am and route was a 4 hour drive. Called back while driver was an hour away from delivery and said no one was going to be able to unload us. Offer $100 for us losing a whole day of work. Truck already had another load to pick up. When we let him know we needed to be compensated for our time, he said he didn’t even have to give us the $100 he offered and hung up in the dispatchers face. I will continue to make it be known about the unprofessionalism hour office displays.

Think twice before you do load with them.I have a problem with the driver and I explain to the broker and he don’t understand very rude I’m very unprofessional they report my company do the freight Gard .These kind of people trying to broke all the work you do as a small company. They are a very frustrating dispatch services .This is the worst company broker I work in my seven years experience in the truck industry. You guys think I found a company but karma going to pay you back.Remember the small companies are the companies move you load not the big companies.

These guys want to pay 150 usd for waiting 9 hours after the 2 hour grace period.you guys are a joke

Absolutely worst people to deal business with. No respect, no manners, 0 professionalism and plus they are arrogant. Try avoiding them if possible!!! Even this 1 star is huge rate for them ( I am rating their staff, dispatch).

Bad Broker with no respect towards carriers. They do not answer call or emails Worst Broker Ever.

I was working with a broker on getting a load and he stopped responding to me and had me waiting. The communication was very poor.
