Ive always had a good experience at this Waterway, but recently they have been going above and beyond what I consider excellent Customer Service. I have been dealing with Ash (manager) who has been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. I have three Waterways that are equal distance from my house, however, the one in Chesterfield has made my choice a lot easier when I need to decide which one to go to. Thanks so much to Ash and the team at Chesterfield Waterway - See you all soon.Lastly, they helped me get my car ready for a photo-shoot for a wheel company that I work with - picture attached.

Incredibly short staffed with poor and slow service. My car sat for 15 minutes before it was touched after washing. After another 20 minutes, my car was returned to me full of water spots and not clean to a satisfactory level. Extremely disappointed, will not be utilizing Waterway again.

Charged more for small equinox and called it cargo. They did not wipe, vacuum, do window or open the hatch. Paid for the $26.00 full service and never even received the tire shine. The vacuum job looked like a 7 year old did it. The dash and other dusty item were barely touched, you could still see the wipe of the towel going through the dust. I only went here because my sister highly recommended Waterway for car washes. Her and her husband have a plan of some sort for unlimited car washes and .10 cents a gallon off gas. They must only take good care of the folks that buy their $60.00 a month car packages. This would have 0 stars if I could. This is the chesterfield location.UPDATE:Just got off the phone with Zach the general manager and he listened without any interruptions about these issues. When I was done telling him about my experience he handled the situation to make me happy to have me come back and take care of everything. The details of making me happy were based on my level on dissatisfaction, so I wish not to post that information... but he did get me excited to try them again and make sure my experience is much better than above..UPDATE #2Have been going to the O’Fallon location and have not had any issues at all.

This particular Waterway did an excellent basic $18 car wash. Ive been to other Waterways, and the wash was not worth the money. This one has a great wash for under $20, but be sure to tip the employee if you are satisfied. They make sure you are satisfied before you go; great customer service:)

The black interior of my car was covered in fine white dog hair. It gets everywhere like sand. The two young guys who did the interior got it all out. I couldn’t believe it.Great work!

My only gripe is that members can only get their interior windows wiped clean without paying an upgrade on Tuesdays...somehow it seems to rain each Tuesday..how does Waterway manage that trick?

40 minutes for a “Whole thing” wash is outrages.They say its 1 person per car now for social distancing purposes but the other few were hanging out within a couple of feet of each other waiting for other cars to pull in.

Great carwash. Relatively quick. Great staff. We have a pass for my wifes SUV. I wish they could have a pass for a household (max 2 cars) versus buying one for each car.

I like this car wash. Kids are awesome. It’s just that their full service doesn’t include cleaning around dashboards or door sides. So lm giving 4 instead of 5. I guess that’s the waterways carwash company wide policy. I’ve noticed the same in other branches.

Customer service is great. They are always friendly and ready to take of me and my car, from the first person I talk to -- to the cashiers all the way to the workers and managers checking cars. I always leave happy. :)

Poor customer service. Even though the staff at Waterway Zach notified and reported he has scratched my car, the manager Tyler Malerich clearly claimed they will not compensate for my loss. As a customer, I am not asking for cash compensation. Rather they only need to repair at whatever lowest cost they can. DO NOT GO THERE! AVOID WATERWAY CHESTERFIELD.

Maybe I just got what I paid for but 7$ car wash didnt get bugs off front bumper or clean under my spoiler gap (2019 Honda Civic with top spoiler). The only thing Im actually frustrated with is that they had to stop the car wash 2 times and had a car stopped with the hood up at the end of the car wash instead of pulling it out and off to the side. This made the hot air blowers really not efficient at all as they have to wind up to get the air moving and the belt had already moved me forward 3 feet before they were actually drying anything and this happened twice.

Wonderful experience, Lauren (Laura? I apologize, I cant remember the name of the associate as I was in a hurry...) was awesome and did a fantastic job. Very happy with the outcome of my car. Thanks so much

They do a nice job cleaning your car. I was just hoping for a more detailed vacuuming but I guess you get what you pay for and I should pay for a higher tier if I want that. I probably wont come back because I feel like with the high cost and the subpar vacuuming which I really would prefer better after a good car wash, Id rather go to a place like Tiger Express Wash where you vacuum your car yourself. It was a nice experience though.

The guys are very professional and their work is definitely up to par, considering the role Waterway plays in the auto detailing market. This place will not be as thorough job with Ceramic coating or clay bar with polish with a full leather condition and interior detail. They do provide a great job for a new vehicle to maintain a professional detailing job that would typically take upwards of 4 hours or more and cost close to ten times more.

Although the manager did his best to make a bad car wash good, it didnt happen. I had to point out areas on my vehicle that was missed.

I’ll never go back. The staff is all kids and with attitude, Jackson is a jerk, with a serious attitude problem. I wrote the managing partner an email telling my story. If you want to be treated right, with respect and a great staff, visit the Waterway Carwash in Town & Country, they are awesome.

I have been consistently extremely satisfied with the professionalism, honesty and quality work ethic Ive encountered at this Waterway Carwash.

Came here for a carwash before a family funeral, first experience at Waterway so we didnt know what to expect. They did a decent job, but it wasnt perfect. As I had a complimentary coupon, it was good enough for me. Not sure I would have been happy if Id paid full price.

A friend and I went to get her car washed here and it was awful. Extremely over priced. Paid $14 for wash and vacuum. Windows looked awful and car still had bird poop on the doors and windows. We had trash we needed to throw away so we asked the attendant if we should take care of it or if they would handle it and he told us to leave it there. We left it and it was there when returned to the clean car. On top of that even if they did tell us to take care of it there was no place for us to throw it away so we had to go to the gas station just to throw away the trash. Also they only vacuumed the seats and around the mats in the back. Couldnt even be bothered to lift them. Worst car wash ever.

I had my window smashed and multiple items stolen. Took the van to have it vacuumed. Glass was everywhere. They did a great job cleaning it up, were very nice and professional. Then they didnt charge me for the help.

These guys are outstanding! All of the staff are top notch: professional and friendly.I always get “The Whole Thing” and they go above and beyond to make sure my car is properly detailed.I drive for Uber and Lyft and have people in my car day in and day out. Waterways makes that possible by keeping my car looking professionally clean. A lot of my five star rating for rideshare are based on the cleanliness of my car.I get the same great service at four different Waterway locations I visit.

Got the $35 clean. They didn’t even touch my cup holders or my door panels. Very disappointed. General Grants service is 100% better.

The touchless wash takes your money but does not have water it does blow dry your dirty car. There is no number to contact then either!!

Everyone working at the Chesterfield location has been kind and helpful to my wife and I.

I have been a member for over 25 years times 2 vehicles and I love WaterWay. If a clean car is important to you -WaterWay is the way to go. Im a Circle Club member and every day is Tuesday for me. For those that do not know, WaterWay members get FREE Wheel Deals (an upgrade wash/service) every Tuesday but WaterWay Circle Club members get the WheelDeal and more FREE everyday including 10-20 cents per gallon off on gas.

My car went through the wash and thats about it. They did hardly any vacuuming or interior cleaning. Very expensive for an inferior service.

Go somewhere else. Lazy kids don’t care. I asked the manager to please have the kids redo the car. Even after they redid it, the seats are dirty, the dash wasn’t wiped down, and the door jams weren’t touched.

I brought the full service package for $33.The service was terrible. They did not clean the console, the trunk and back seat and doors. I asked them to clean the area they missed. They still did not clean it. I ended up having to do it myself in front of them. This is a total waste of money!

Ive used this wash hundreds of times. They do a great job - better than most. Keep in mind that this is just a full service wash, not a detailing service. Never scratched paint or damage, and they always dry from the top down (as they should). Always using clean towels, but you have to forgive an occasional streak somewhere on a window - this is a wash. Ive read reviews from all over the place, and it seems that people want a detailing job for $20 - Itll never happen. Pay $130, or get more involved with you car if you want that. I will tell you that Ive seen some extremely ($150K+) expensive cars roll through with no complaints.

Got the full service car wash where they vacuum and clean dashboard on inside. Looks like the litteraly only vucuumed the front carpets and thats it...probably will just do it myself next time.

$14 for a wash and vaccum. They didnt do a great job..why would I want to go again when they dont even so much as dust the interior for $14?

I signed up for a car wash membership. After 1 month, I changed jobs and cancelled my membership through the location I bought it through. I talked to the customer service rep at the cash register and bought coupons instead. I received membership charges for 3 more months. I wrote a letter and took it to the location, I called corporate and could not get the membership cancelled. I have now been fighting with them about charges for a membership I didnt use 1 time for almost a year now. This merchant in my opinion is unethical and I would not do business with them.

Polite, quick, great job

Took my car to get cleaned and waxed, but instead of that they took off my paint on my 2011 car. Talked to the manager and he was rude and the only thing he had to say was smart ass comments and that it was my fault. Car has never had any issues with paint until I ran it through their car wash. They are not taking any responsibility.

Paid for extra cleaning. My car was still super dirty on the inside. Not happy, I would just go to the shells and get a cheap carwash there. Not worth getting a car wash here for the price, they dont even clean it.

I thought the people moved very slow which lead to my Truck have a TON of water spots on it!! I was not happy!! They spent 2 seconds hand drying my car. In my opinion Waste OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
