Did a really good job on my nails, just a very long wait time.

I paid quite a bit of money for a manicure prior to my wedding in TN. Went on Thursday, by monday i had to have a salon in TN repair all of these. I married wednesday and returned home on sunday. Elegant was closed on sunday so i called monday to explain i paid alot of money for this manicure and ended up having all of these repaired. This is ridiculous. She said come in so when i went in, she said she i will do nails all over again but was charging me for a fill because i would need one anyway. Huh? If you are redoing my nails, why would i need a fill. The salon in TN said that was the worst looming manicure she has seen. They were all cracked and for me to be careful because they could easily break. Why not just redo my nails? Lady at elegant said well people dont really take care of their nailswas the reason they broke. Huh? I was literally on vacation prepping for my wedding. I will NEVER go back to elegant again. Money hungry, disrespectful, business that i have ever dealt with. They did a poor job and i will see to it that all of my family and friends who go there, will find another salon. Sad!!!!

I have been coming to Elegant Nails for over 4 years. Even when I moved to Richmond, I drove back to able to get my manicures and pedicures here. I used to only go to one person but when she left, I had to go to other technicians that worked there and I never had a bad experience. I always get exactly what I want. They strive to make your manicure or pedicure perfect. I’m not even a perfectionist so little things don’t bother me, like if tap a wet nail - but they always insist on fixing it.Great place, clean, especially during the recent COVID pandemic, their rules kept everyone safe and able to get services.

Everyone was very nice. I especially appreciate the level of detail on my nails. The ends are straight and angled properly, filed down smoothly. The surface is a very nice shape (not a large hump). Overall very nice professional work and service. Will absolutely be back!

Overall I like it a lot, my Nailtech understands me and really got to a level of being able to read me to now what I like done this week.would like to see more designs .

The salon was busy and I had to wait a while but it was worth it. They were meticulous with my manicure and pedicure. I felt very pampered.

So, I recently went to get my nails done for graduation and Im highly unsatisfied. The guy seemed like he was rushing and didnt want to do my nails and he did them so thin that 1 day later the started breaking in half. Very overpriced for low quality nails.

Today was my first visit. My manicurist Sarah was very pleasant, knowledgeable & skilled. I found this place on Google with excellent reviews and thank goodnesss because it is tucked away beside CVS. I have never spotted it from Rt 10. Perfect location for me to visit during my lunch hour!

Tran does an excellent job. She is very professional and has a sweet personality. I love my full set and pedicure. She’s awesome. 😊😊

After going somewhere else and receiving horrible service, Tran politely fixed my nails. She is very good at what she does. Elegant Nails have gained a customer for life.

This was my first time here. I was a walk-in with old gel polish that needed removing and two split nails that needed repairing. They recommended that I have them dipped instead of shellac - said it would last longer and be stronger. It sure does look nicer than the gel and the process of dipping seemed to repair the two broken nails - they certainly feel stronger, so I expect that they will last longer as well. The salon is lovely inside, it looked clean and welcoming. They were very friendly. I will definitely go back when its time for a polish change.Second visit: My nails looked great and lasted for 4 weeks, so I went back to have them done again. I was a walk-in and ended up with a different tech. This one did not do a very good job - my nails were filed uneven, the edges near cuticles were sloppy, the surface across my nail bed was uneven (very thick in some places, very thin in others), the powder was not shaken, so the color went on uneven, and I had nails popping off within 2 weeks. It was like they gave the new girl the walk-in to practice on (I dont know if thats the case or not). That experience was 1 star and made me want to try a different salon.Lesson learned: make sure you ask for someone who is experienced and does good at dipping nails, then get their name so that you know who to ask for the next time. Im leaving it at 5 stars because the tech who did my nails the first time really did a superb job as you can tell by the photo.

Very relaxing atmosphere and the ladies there are very professional. I love the fact you can book an appointment which is very convenient.

My first time and my last time!I cant explain how disappointed I am with my nails! Their not shaped right, I gave him a length and took them way shorter than what We had agreed upon! I have never had my nails done and the next day picking chunks of acrylic out from my nails while cleaning them. Poor customer service.

From the get go I requested French tip acrylic nails that was listed as $35 on the menu. I sat down and he began using that tool to file down the surface of my nail. Never really manicured my nails as in tending to the cuticles or cleaning up the surrounding areas. Proceeded to seem rushed throughout the process and some of the acrylic bases were initially placed crooked. I assumed the filing would even them out. By the end of it I had glue and polish remnants around my nails and was scraping that off while I waited for my friend to finish up. We both went to pay and they stated we owed $50, however, we explained it and ended up paying $40 even though it should’ve only been $35. We both walked out with crooked and uneven nails. Needless to say, we won’t be returning in the future.

Not the greatest. My friend and I went here for the first time and not only did they jack up a few nails on both of us (crooked), they were a little unprofessional and rushing. The lady I had didn’t even let my acrylic painted nails stay under the light until it finished. The worst thing of all was that they tried to charge us $50 when the price sheet said $35 for exactly what we asked for. They ended up making us pay $40 after trying to figure out what the issue was. Got the job done, but encountered many issues. I won’t be coming back.

Stopped here on my way back to Suffolk, stopped here after my doctors appointment, my pedicure was amazing but the guy who did my gel fill in wasnt too friendly, but he did a wonderful job on my nails. The prices are reasonable. Very satisfied with my nails and pedicure.

Everyone was nice and welcoming, my nail tech did an amazing job even on my left hand which is contracted and partially paralyzed. I would highly recommend

When I walked in no one greeted me at all just a weird death stare even though I said hello out loud no one responded. Just because I may not look like the current clients your assisting dosent mean I’m a second class citizen. Never going again .

It was my first time visiting the salon. I had called for availability and she said to come on down. I asked the price for the dip and was advised 50. However when I was given the total, she said $55. I had gotten no extra services- just a solid color dip on regular length nails. I dont know what the difference was in price. There are no prices posted in this salon. I did not question the difference in price. But I felt it was shady with the price switch. So even though this is a beautiful job, its doubtful Ill be returning.

The nail technician was late to my appointment, I had a 9:30 appointment and she was not even at the salon when I arrived. She was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was even there. She had an attitude when I pointed out an issue with my nails. Overall I would not recommend and will not be returning.

The staff was very friendly, the technician I had was very very sweet and listened to what I wanted done made sure that I got what I wanted. The color I chose in for my pedicure was a very sheer glittery color and she suggested that it be put over another color in the same color palette and I was very happy that she did that because my pedicure turn out amazing and she also did my nails with the dip powder and they turned out amazing as well. I would highly recommend this salon. I also like the back or that it is fairly close to my home.

This was my third time coming here and have always had a pleasant experience. Today I came in and had two deluxe pedicures (my son and I) and my nails done with the powder dip. I was informed AFTER the service I was being charged $8 more because my nails were too long. My nails are not any longer then my last visit! Needless to say I will not be back, it isnt about the $8 I just dont appreciate the price difference depending on who your tech is or the fact that I was informed AFTER the service was done.

Average. This is only my second time getting dip nails with a tip, and first time at this salon. Pretty and relaxing atmosphere and all of the employees are nice. However, one or two tips are crooked, and I have glue still on my fingers. She filed too hard on the side of one of my nails and I have a cut that stings and am wearing a band aid today. I know my technician worked hard to help me test an idea for my bridal nails, and she definitely wasn’t rushing, maybe just a little new.

First time here. I went for a pedicure and it was great. Very friendly and relaxing experience. I will be coming here for my monthly pedicure from now on!

By far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Receptionist was super friendly. However no one else in the shop was. The nail tech that did my nails was a man and made it obvious that he was talking about me. The nail tech that he was talking to constantly stared at me and my hands. My full set was $30, which is more than I usually pay. But I was willing to try them out because they had good reviews and are in walking distance of my job. But today is two days later and I’ve had two nails break. One just fell off, and the other broke in half while I was carrying a gallon of milk. I will NEVER come here again.

I have been coming to Elegant Nails for years. They are professional and efficient. The store is clean and beautiful! The technicians go out of their way for excellence.

No Cuticle oil put on nails, sloppy paint job, and was charged $65 for fill-in, design on two ring fingers,one nail missing, gel polish on toes and nails! I didnt even get a pedicure! And I asked for 3 simple dots down the middle for my nails and he did those wack 1999 lines with glitter on them!

Went in on a Friday December 20th for a gel manicure and it was awful. The guy doing them had no idea what he was doing. He put on all of the gel and he even put the finishing coat on and then he took out the buffing tool and took off some of the gel and left some on. Then he started again reapplying one coat of gel over the buffed old gel and then the final sealing coat. Now today Monday December 23rd one of my fingers all of the the gel has come off. I am highly disappointed and it was a waste of money.

I came in with one broken nail and the “manager” said a fill in would be $40. This is one of those places that pick your nails apart even though they were normal fill length/growth. The lady only cared about money because after I told her I wasn’t paying $40 for a fill, and to just take them off (she pulled them all off individually...didn’t soak them off, still charged me $10 for that), she still insisted I get a full set of gel for $50 because that would only be $10 more than the acrylic fill in. Pedicure was overpriced and rushed. Don’t waste your time with this place.

The shop is really nice and they always provide excellent service. They also have a rewards program so you can earn points and get a coupon.

This is by far the worse nail salon I have been to. First I specifically requested that my nails had a slight curve and were slightly coffin shaped. After they were all put on a shaped I advised that they had no curve and was then told it was because of my nail bed. But of course it was conveniently too late to discontinue service without soaking then all off. Then I was charged $55 and given a million unreasonable answers as to why. After which the tech was upset because I didnt give him a tip. Not to mention that now less then a week later I have had 3 nails brake. # 1 I didnt feel or know was broken, # 2 broke when I touched the arm of my couch, and # 3 broke turning the water. PLEASE KEEP YOUR $$ AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! If there was an option to give 0 stars I would.

I’m very picky about where I go to get a pedicure. I moved to the area around 6 months ago and have been driving about an hour back to where I use to live to get a pedicure. Today I was too lazy to drive an hour and took a chance with elegant nails. I was a walk in the day before New Years so I expected a wait. After about 20 minutes I was in a chair and it was definitely worth the wait. It’s not exactly like the place I use to go to but it’s close enough. I’ll definitely be back here instead of driving an hour away

Is the best place I have ever been to have my nails and feet done the work is superb and it stays on for over a month until you just decide you want to go do it again love this place and the people that work there are super friendly and nice!!!

My first time going this morning and it was horrible! The guy didn’t scrub the bottom of my feet very good and he used cuticle oil instead of foot scrub! He didn’t clean the polish off the edge of my toes, just messy! They never do what you want done but they want your money though.

I just had the Deluxe Pedi and it was amazing! The staff was wonderful; personable, caring, attentive, and did a superb job. Pricing was resonable for the service received, highly recommended!

My wife walked in for a pedicure at 630 when they close at 7. Now the open sign was on at this time. When she walked in they immediately said they were closed and were very rude to her. I would not recommend having anything done here, do to poor customer service. It shows their lack of customer relationship

I must say they do a good job but the ppl are some pricey thieves! They charged me $42 for a FILL and when I asked her how come, the breakdown made no sense whatsoever. It didn’t match her price sheet at all and kept knit picking(lying) about what she charged. I’m the end, it didn’t add up but I paid bc I didn’t wanna cause a scene. A little honesty from the beginning would be helpful bc what if I didn’t have enough? Doing a great job but not providing great service/being money hungry is a great way to loose your business. Such a shame really

I went here with a few of my friends from church before going to youth camp. I got a mani pedi and my nails done. The woman I got automaticity gave me gel. I brought $40 and the gel bumped it up to $80!! Plus tip of course. Absolutely insane for a mani pedi and getting my nails. I believe that since we were younger they thought they could take advantage of us.

I like this place but I dont love it. The nail techs are very nice but inconsistent in price and service. I dont make appointments so this may be why. Ive been charged $30 and $20 for the same service by different people (Ive been 4 times). My shellac polish either stayed for 3 weeks or chipped after 2 days, once there were bubbles in it, and another time they asked if I wanted my nails cut back, I said no, look up at the tv, and boom chopped off 1/2 my nail! They dont ask if you want to leave a tip on your card and dont have the option to write it in. STill like this place than any other local place ive tried

Too expensive... Acrylic FullSet and Deluxe Pedicure(which was nothing out of the ordinary) with a basic design on the Big Toe cost me $80...they push the customers towards the Gel/Shellac Polish by 1: having very limited normal fingernail Polish colors 2: Not offering another choice outside of the Gel/Shellac... once they get started they hand u the color sample nails for you to pick a color. After you make a color selection they automatically grab Polish thats higher in cost not informing you its higher until its time to pay.
