I was super excited to see that they did Sculpture nails, but as soon as the lady came up to the counter, that quickly faded. She refused to service my mom, sister and myself within seconds. she claimed that we had to schedule an appointment. I was confused because the sign outside the window said walk-ins were welcome. I really do hope that her refusal wasn’t discrimination based. Overall, if it wasn’t for her refusal, we would have never found Kitty nails and spa, which was an amazing experience for us. It’s a shame CT because I am literally down the street from you and I like to get my nails done quite often. Your lost🤷🏾‍♀️.

I’ve been coming to CT nails since they opened almost 2 years ago. Cindy does an awesome pedicure. She takes her time and is very detailed. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly. Wait time is minimal.

Brought my friend for mani pedis. Might be the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been to and didn’t have the typical nail salon smell. Owners were welcoming and services were above par.

I came here toward the end of the business day. The salon is clean, and the owners clearly care about customer service. My tech (Cindy?) took her time with my mani/pedi despite me being the last one in the shop. Someone else wouldve been rushing to get me out, but I got the full benefit of the TLC that comes with spa services. I chose to tip generously as a result. My traditional mani lasted from Monday to Saturday! I will definitely be going again. Bonus tip: they have a loyalty card. Youll get $10 off after your 9th visit.
