This is the second time I’ve tried to get employment through this company. They have poor communication and follow skills. Nobody knows what’s going on and nobody is capable of finding employment for a well qualified candidates. I’ve visit this company back in 2016 or 2017 they were the exact same way and it’s 2021. If you are looking for employment just stay strong and do it yourself they won’t find you nothing better than you can find yourself and they get a check for it anyway. So go get the check yourself cut out the middle man.

Went to a fair they said I passed all the tests then when I went back because I wouldnt take the shift to second shift they told me I felt the test this is bad then they tried to give me another job I never called me back

She put you on the best assignment that’s most fitting for you. She always engaging and perhaps the only temp agent who treats you like your someone. If you have a problem I can say first hand she will fix the problem and if she can’t still find the solution and get back to you. Furthermore, The Lee Group was my first ever exposure to a recruiting organization. Been working an assignment since late April. Other than a half day request off for a VA appointment, Ive been to work everyday. Today I called in because I had a migraine and they asked if I was going to provide documentation for it. The policy they have established for time off is wrong. My rep has missed 5 days that I know of and they dont have to provide anything. Plus, they put you where they need bodies to get paid. Use caution when going here. Most jobs are manual labor and not much on the side of a good pay rate. If you choose to use this company go with Deena. She has a heart and will listen. Stay away from everyone else.

They absolutely lie to you about your job placement by telling you its temp to hire when it is NOT. After you are relieved unexpectedly they provide NO EFFORT to help you find a job. Wow, these temp agency’s literally don’t help at all. Why even open up a temp if you don’t follow through and help. Been waiting a call back for literally ANY job, and no one has taken time to even help. All they do for people is let them leave messages. This place is ridiculous. I feel the jobs your doing the pay doesnt match and they lead the temps on thinking you will get hired after 90 days when thats totally not true! If you absolutely in need of a job this would be the last thing you choose!

This temp agency is the worst. They tell you they might have a job for you and then you never hear back from them. You send them emails trying to figure out what is going on and nothing they keep you hanging. Not very happy with The Lee Group will not use them again they did not help me one bit.
