I had a good experience with this agency. I had two temp positions with them. The first one was not a good fit for me and I have accepted a permanent position at the other! They were very understanding about the first position not working out and found very relevant placements for me. Amber and Anne Marie were always great. They were good at checking in to see how things were going and communicated well with me. A great agency if you are looking for administrative focused positions and are a military spouse!

Even though theres enough issues going on. The young lady that answers the phone asked for my representatives name which I did have. Says she take my message and pass it along. I asked her who she going to give too. She hung up on me. When I called back she tracked the caller is then sent me straight to an answering machine. How professional is that?

I’ll give two stars for the rate that they found me a job. Less than two weeks before having a position (Kantar Media - Chesapeake)However that’s all the credit that is available to give.My particular “middleman” was Amber. Great person.However there is a LOT that is left to be desired:1.) AppleOne does not follow up with employers to see progress of an employee2.) AppleOne does not attempt to assist with job security.3.) AppleOne does not attempt to investigate further into an employers decision to terminate an employee..**FYI: If selected to work for Kantar Media, DO NOT attempt to assist any trainees. Regardless if you’re the only one grasping the material. I was released for moving ahead of the training class and assisting them with understanding the magazine catalogue system.4.) Upon requesting confirmation that there are preventative steps to keep the same “termination reasons/lack of communication amongst employees, contractors, and employers”, I was informed that there was nothing they can do.Save yourself some time. Apply directly to the employer. Horrible communication between AppleOne and their employers will almost always result in layoffs.Be blessed.

I was very hopeful and happy working with this team until I was placed at a horrible job. When I informed AppleOne of my experience, they assured me that they would find me something better. They then e-mailed me about an opening. I responded with interest, but every attempt at communication with them went completely unrecognized. This is very unprofessional and disappointing, as the staff members did seem genuine but did not follow through whatsoever, and essentially ghosted me with false hopes of a better career. They did place me quickly, but ultimately, this whole experience was unsavory and time costly.

I was very hopeful when a friend refered me to Appleone. I met with Cathy In August and left felling like this would be a great experience. Wrong!! By Oct I had not gotten anywhere. I reached out to the manager AnnMarie in hopes things would change because Cathy never returned emails or calls. To this day I never got any true leads and not one interview. This place picks and chooses who it helps. Stay away its a joke.

Had a phone interview with a recruiter, had an interview the next day with the client, and was offered the job the day after the interview. So far so good!

False advertising. Stay away from this company.
