Reliance does not pay on-time. Excuse is always payroll. Several employees have filed complaints with VA Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industry. Think twice before you work for free!

Tammi was able to put me on to a Temp to Hire assignment within a week as well as made the hiring/on boarding process a breeze. The weekly payments, access to health benefits right away and comfortable environment are a plus. Needless to say I would definitely go through this company again when in search of employment. What a wonderful company and group of associates!

Very disturbing experience during these unprecedented times i was not called back and when i did call i was advised my “work history” wasn’t enough for entry level positions and got hung up on but the office manager...I’ve driven forklifts for 9 years how is that not enough... I just moved to the VA area looking for work and was turned away with no explanation. Would not recommend this staffing agency to my worst enemy

I came in about a year ago to find a job as I was out of work for a few months and struggling to find anything. I came in and not but a 2 weeks later did I start working within the company. I love helping people and being able to put people to work that were in the same tight bind I was in a year ago. Thank you Reliance for the opportunities you have and continue to give me. I hope I can keep helping people more and more each day to become a role model to someone later as mt coworkers are for me. We try our hardest day in and day out to get our clients top candidates and help each applicant to the best of our ability.

This company connects with good paying jobs and they offer medical insurance

This Company Discriminates against people with a background regardless of their past. They dont care that you were young. Stay away from this Racist organization. They really dont want to help you. Trust me!!!. They have been brought out by another company and policies has changed that are not in favor of the people that are making them money. They must have forgotten that the people that work for them pay their bills. STAY AWAY.

I love working for this company. They always place me somewhere that I can advance in. They are full of wonderful professionals in their office. Whenever you need assistance, they are speedy with response.

The photos do not match the actual business

So far disappointed. I applied for a position and was told to come in. After filling out the application and speaking to the recruiter was told youre a great fit for the this position, lets just wait x amount of time for him to get back to you. Because I know thats not always the case, I asked what if Im not want the client wants and was told then you call every week and well look for something else for you. Ever since then I call in and get the Well call you if we find something for you response. Why not just say we arent going to be able to help you, that way Im not wasting my time or theirs. Gas is not cheap and neither is time that can be better spent applying at staffing agencies that are seriouss about finding me employment.

They do not want to help you. Don’t even waste your time taking the assessments. If you pass them, you’ll most likely go on one interview, then never hear from the company again. I can tell the woman just didn’t want to work with me. You can call her, and she’ll give you the same excuse I’m sure she gives everyone else she doesn’t “like.” Staffing companies should want to help people get jobs, but this one will ignore you and pretty much discourage you. Pretty pathetic. Oh, and when you go in (before testing) if she feels you don’t qualify for something she’ll offer to throw you in a warehouse. Don’t be mixed or of color coming here :)

The registration process is quick. Then a prove-it test to see your skill. Pretty simple.

They found me the perfect job and now Im flourishing! Their services are the best.

Wasted over two hours of my time as I watched a handful of people come in after and be seen before me. I wouldnt trust these guys if they cant even be punctual to the times that they set up to meet with you.

I met with Christina Sousa-Poza and Margie Minnix, they were pleasure to speak with and provided me with great information. I feel confident that they will find the right position for me in my job search.

After applying for the position at reliance the client was STHIL. I passed all test for STHIL. I had a hiccup on my background from 12 yrs ago. The lady said oh STHIL wont accept this background. Well its quiet funny how now Im employed by STHIL and was told my background wasnt a problem at all why would you guys lie to me for what. Its okay because whats for me will be for me lol. Reliance you have to do better there are hard working ppl out there that have made mistakes in the past that should be treated like any other human being. Its just sad to me. All you all had to say was hey we dont want you working for us lol that simple to old for the games here. Thanks alot but Im employed by the same company you clearly said didnt want me smh.

Worse staffing agency ever. Drag you along by telling you to call weekly to let them know your still available to work. Horrible customer service. Spend your time some where else. Avoid this place at all cost.

After getting a job from them they sent me to a where the people was racist. After talking to the on site rep nothing changed. They spoke Tagalog as the primary language and anyone Philippino had special treatment. once I told the on site rep nothing changed.

Worst company to work for.

They discriminate against people with past history. Going back 10+yrs.
