Customer service was great. I left the store satisfied. My phones service wasnt working for so long even after I paid the bill. I called customer support which they tried to troubleshoot the problem but it didnt work. Definitely frustrating. So I decided to go in a store and thankful that I did. The lady was able to fix the problem so fast and now my phone works properly.

I used to love the people there the vibe was always awesome I would recommend anyone there but now I really don’t know it is so dry there now. If I don’t see the young lady Victoria there I don’t like to pay my bill I will turn around. I wish they would bring her back at this location. The new people there have great deals too but it’s just not the same

I got a new phone and my SIM card was incompatible. I went to the store in ocean view because it is close to me. What a mistake that was. The lady gave me a new SIM card and switched my phone to the extended Network without my knowledge then told me that my phone was incompatible with the extended Network and I would need to pay to go back down to the standard network. After 6 hours I left that store with a phone that no longer worked and the intentions of switching my services to T-Mobile. I decided to try one more boost Mobile location which was this one. When I walked in I was greeted by NyJia who quickly apologized for my experience at the other location. I explained my issues and she was able to switch my SIM card and have me out the door in under 10 minutes. What a difference! NyJia and the woman working with her were absolutely amazing and I will never go to another boost location.

Customer Service at this location is TERRIBLE. Prices are good but the management and store reps have terrible attitudes and are down right rude! We will be dropping our corporate plan at this point and going with another carrier. Im sick of dealing with these people. They are obnoxious and have no customer service skills whatsoever.

Boost mobile has some of the best rate plans and phones of any prepaid service. That being said...Dont expect knowledgeable sales staff or orderly stocked displays at this location. Convenient place to pay a bill. Thats all i can say.

I was happy when the manager here informed me that a young Caucasian guy had came there to activate my iphone. He had stolen it from my son. He wrote me verbally to tell me he would pay me for the phone. When he reneged I sent him court papers to appear in Chesapeke Court. Judge Judy Shiendlin picked up my case against this lil thief. He was too scared to appear on the show so it blew my chance to air on tv

I love this location ! Every time I come here the reps are more than nice- they always go above and beyond to assist with any problems I may have with my device. And their promotions are phenomenal. Anytime I upgrade I always end up with a ton of stuff ! This will always be my go to location.

Its a nice place to get your new phone the woman Genie who helped us was awesome and she gave us a deal but nobody else could. And she was very very helpful

Had Boost two years ago & it was ok. Alot faster then than it is now, for sure. Am switching back 2 Metro as their Network is super fast!!

I recently called to see how the company operates and the representative was beyond rude! She was barely answered my questions and advised I could come inside but she had customers and needed to assist them instead. I have yet to start service and because of her I will not!

Not a great Boost store. I have attempted to use this store during their advertised hours, several times in the past few months, and every time I get there, the store is not open. Today, its 10:20, I am in front of the store, supposed to be open at 10, not a soul in sight, and three people waiting out front. I wish Boost corporate would step in and demand better of the clerks, this is rediculous.

Try to sale me phone in store at a higher price than the offer on line

Boost told me one thing about my phone i called to fix it and another company told me different so i called boost back and all they had was a sorry. Am going back to my old phone company i hate to be mislead

I was having a problem with my cell phone not charging in my cigarette lighter in my car. She tested the charging cable and the adapter to see if they worked and they did. Turns out I had blown the fuse.

This place is similar to both Verizon wireless and U.S. Cellular.

Not sure what everyone else is talking about ... Only location I go to.
