I’ve purchased two iPhone 12 on September 22 the representative Lamar told me that I will have a two-year agreement to pay off this phone and it came with $800 each credit and that I could pay off the phones earlier if I choose. He also said that the balance on my two phones were only add up to $10 a month increase on my phone bill. All of this was a lie not true I called Verizon they told me I had a 30 month contract not two years my bill will increase $20 a month. Now I am stuck paying for these two phones for 30 months do not go to the store do not get anyone in the store to serve you Verizon Store Portsmonth Blvd., Chesapeake, VAliars….

The sales rep, Courtney, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and was able to explain everything in a way that anyone could understand. She provided excellent advice on accessories, without trying to upsell unnecessary items. She transferred the data from the old phone to the new one, and ensured the transfer worked. Overall, she was exceptional, which reflects positively on the store.

Courtney was the best!! Super efficient, engaging and helpful to the max. She helped me with a new upgraded phone in under 30 minutes and removed an annoying app... as well as moving other customers !!! Very great experience!!

Where do I begin? Before we entered the store, Lamar Pearson, located at the Chesapeake Square Verizon store greeted my husband and me. Once inside, he made us feel like we were the only customers for the day. He took his time to explain how things would work because we switched over from AT&T. I must say, five stars is not enough for the service we received.This young man is an asset to your company.

I visited Chesapeake Square location with my son. His phone wouldnt allow texting in or out. Shawn and Nick were quick to help. Their customer service skills were top notch. Even though the store was about to close, they took their time to help. Shawn even involved my son in conversation. They solved the issue with the phone, which made us happy. Our visit only took about 10 minutes. I would recommend this location.

We started off with Courtney who awesome but we had to do some complicated stuff with transferring lines and so we sat down in the store so she could help other customers, then we were help by Shawn who was just fantastic! He talked me, a devoted iPhone user into getting the Samsung 21 Ultra 5G phone and honestly, I havent used an android in so long but this phone...... THIS. PHONE. IS. AMAZING. 👏 If youre a Verizon user or looking to switch this place is TOP NOTCH 🔥. So for my first time as a Verizon person my experience was by far the best Ive ever had.

Purchased two phones and bought a phone plan. Shawn was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. Only drawback was the limited amount of inventory but probably due to the time of year purchasing the phones. The phones available werent too far off what we were looking for and are working great so no complaints! Great customer service and willingness to help! I went into the Verizon store with my AT&T phone that had crashed after an automated update. Worried that I would not be able to recover that info and pics but Mr Lamar Pearson set me up with a new Verizon account, new phones for the wife and me and all recovered pics and data. Needless to say that I was extremely please . Excellent customer service from this young man. Made it a very pleasant experience.
