The manager at this location is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, patient and great at multi tasking. Make sure to ask for Kisha. You will not be disappointed!

The store manager Jamie is by far the best ATT associate I have ever come across . She is very knowledgeable on what she is selling and very confident in herself. She help me and and my daughter out with our new phones and went above and beyond to help us set up our google accounts even though she didn’t have to . My family and I will be coming back to see her for any future needs !! We are recommending our friends and family to go see her !

Drew and his team did a great job when switching me over to AT&T. I was with Verizon and the coverage is MUCH better here with AT&T along with price too. Drew made sure to get me all taken care of and bundled in my TV for less than I was paying with Verizon for just phones. Go see this man ASAP to save money and have a better experience!!

AJ, the manager, was AMAZING to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional but really what I loved is he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Even though the service didnt work for us at Lake Gaston (no towers), he handled a complete refund and ensured we were completely satisfied. I must have called before signing up with at last 30 questions and he was always happy to help. Same even after cancellation. I will definitely recommend this location and especially AJ.

I went to the store because I was having big problems with my phone and to pay my bill. The young man that waited on me was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable about my phone. Not only did he fix my phone and the stress it was giving me because I didn’t know how to fix it. I also paid my bill all in a timely manner. I was amazed that I was in and out so quick. Thanks for hiring people like him.

I purchase a phone for work. I took it home and realized that my sim card was too large for the new phone. I called the store and Jason met me outside with the correct sim card. Jason went above and beyond to help me. What a terrific team member. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend this store and its staff for AT&T customer care service.

The store was very clean an neatly set up as well as the immediate and great service we recieved from the representative. Very informative,attention to detail,prompt assistance and great customer service.Very warm visit to take care of a customers needs to the full extent of satisfaction guaranteed. My experience at this location went very well. I did not have to wait for an associate. The associate was very professional knowledgeable and managed social distancing without making me feel uncomfortable. The advice and information she gave me was very good and the issue with my phone was solved.

I visited this location today to purchase new phones for my sons. The salesman Todd Wallace(Black guy with the dreads) gave horrible customer service. We went to the store to get advice on the best phone to get for our sons and was only told that the best and most expensive phone would be the better option since anything less than a XR would be pointless to buy. If you asked him a simple question he made it impossible to get a clear answer. I asked him if my current phone had the day pass on my plan because I traveled a lot. He was saying I had to purchase the international plan which I knew was not true! It seemed he was not knowledgeable about the products and promotions the store offered. He never went over my new bill with me, never told me how many payments he financed the new phones for, he never reviewed my current phone plan to make sure we were still getting all discounts available to my family. Went to another store and the sales lady did everything he did not! She was very knowledgeable and gave great customer service! She even informed me that my phone already had the day pass included in my service. Something he never tried to tell me about. I will never do business at this location. If Todd Wallace does not improve his customer service skills you all will lose a lot more customers.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Meredith this evening, and boy, what a difference from dealing with Verizon (my current carrier). Not only was she pleasant and enormously helpful, but AT&T, compared with Verizons so-called customer service....well, night and day. AT&T believes in actually taking CARE of their customers, unlike Verizon. And Meredith was awesome! Highly recommended!!

I went to the store last week with my granddaughter I was in the store for about 10 minutes before I was greeted when approached the manger Alex just stared in my face before I had to acknowledge him and speak. While asking him about the iPhone 11 he was very rude and constantly cut me off. He’d leave the table without letting me know, role his eyes and look at me in disgust he’s a very nasty nasty man with a self centered demeanor. Never again will I attend this location.

The black guy with the dreads wouldnt go look in the back to see what iphone XR were in stock instead he made me go online and click every single color and data usage to see what came up then started helping another customer and went and got her phone . Now I have to wait until he finish with her. Ill take my business else where.

Make sure they have the correct phone you want!!! They will purposely give you the wrong phone so you will have to pay a re-stocking fee so THEY WILL GET PAID A COMISSION. They did it to me three Times in a row.

I went to purchase a phone. I was there a good 20 minutes I was never acknowledged no hello after I looked around picked out the phone I wanted still stood at the counter ignored !!!! I have never been in a store totally ignored before. Wont ever go back there again!!!!!

I took my AT&T tablet back to the store because it had stopped working. The folks there didnt seem to care at all, and only gave me the number for the insurance company, no offer to assist me in the claim process at all. Very disappointed.

Service was terrible and the store manager was tried to hide a mistake that I caught then told me to address it with customer service.

Why the hell would you only have 2 people working and only one of them can set you up with wireless service. We sat there for 30 mins waiting and still didnt get help. There is no reason for it. I will never go back and I will tell people to find another store to go to

4 reps in the store and 2 other customers. I waited 30 min for the two employees that were not helping customers to finish texting to answer my question. I left after 30 min without being addressed with a friendly Hello or we will assist you in a min speech. Appalled at this at&t.
